Ten teams and I had pick #2 - QB - C.Kaepernick (SF), B.Roethlisberger (PIT) RB - J.Charles (KC), R.Bush (DET), F.Jackson (BUF), D.McCluster (TEN), B.Pierce (BAL) WR - A.Johnson (HOU), R.White (ATL), S.Smith (BAL), G.Tate (DET) TE - G.Olsen (CAR), A.Gates (SD) K - S.Gostkowski (NE) D - Panthers Bye weeks will kill me but I figure I can trade around those, maybe even take a hit in week 9 if im in a strong spot. No idea how ive gone. Didnt get much reaction either way for most of my picks so I think ive done well without being spectacular. QB should be fine, RB look kinda sketchy with Bush having a legit vulture behind him and McCluster's all-around unreliable ass. WRs is a real mixed bag. Houston has a real dumpster fire of a QB situation, White should be fine, Flacco seems to want to target Smith more often than not so he should be okay, and I have no idea about Tate but as long as Stafford doesn't get tunnel vision again and chuck it to Megatron, he should be fine. A bit of advice: look up John Brown from Arizona on the waiver wire. Potentially a pretty good sleeper who the Cards coaching staff loves. With your TEs, check and see if LaDarius Green is available since he should be stealing a lot of touches/snaps from Gates this season. Everything else looks fine. Not bad for a first time. Is this where we ask for advice too? Catch-All in the title kinda implies it, so here goes... My group had our draft on Friday, and I ended up drafting Prater, only to find out the next day that he's being suspended for 4 games. :/ Now, the way I see it I have a few options. I can: - Kick someone from my bench to replace Prater, and just use that guy as a backup/waiver wire feeder after week 4. - Replace Prater altogether. Which is fine, kicker isn't that big of a deal position-wise. If it weren't for the fact that Prater is a top 5 kicker, I wouldn't even be giving it a second thought. - Do nothing and just play without a kicker until Prater comes back. Now, admittedly, option 3 sounds kinda dumb and self-defeating. So, assuming that is in fact the case, which of the two other options do I go for, and who do I pick up? Right now my best options on the wire are Dan Carpenter, Jay Feely, Blair Walsh, Matt Bryant, and Alex Henery. Thanks! Just cut him and get Walsh. Bush, B. Sankey, K. Davis WR - Desean Jackson, TY Hilton, M. Colston, R. Cooper , M. Evans TE - K. Rudolph K - M. Had the #3 overall pick and wound up auto-drafting (after setting up a pretty extensive list) because. . .well, 3 AM on a Monday morning is too damn early for a fantasy draft. QB - P. Rivers RB - A. Peterson, D. Woodhead, J. Rodgers WR - C. Patterson, A. Johnson, M. Crabtree, D. Amendola, J. Jones TE - D. Pitta, T. Eifert K - S. Gostkowski D - Buffalo, New York Jets Had two kickers. . .thanks, Yahoo!. . .but dropped one. Have a waiver claim in for a running back, so we'll see how that goes (waivers clear today). Like my WR corps, and obviously AP is awesome. Will probably drop Jacoby Jones for a second QB, too, as soon as I figure out which piece I want off of the scrap pile.
