  1. Just drafted a 10 team standard league that starts 3 wrs instead of 2 QB - P. Rivers RB - A. Peterson, A. Morris, F. Gore, S. Vereen, M. Ingram WR - J. Nelson, A. Brown, K. Allen, C. Patterson, E. Sanders, M. Evans, G. Jennings TE - K. Rudolph D - Patriots K - B. Walsh Didnt realize I was so in love with the Vikings until the end lol. Im thinking of dropping Jennings and picking up Palmer to have a backup qb or Ebron to get a backup te.
  2. ITS BACK!!! I went ahead and made a youtube playlist, of all the matches embedded, for myself and figured I'd share it http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7EnE0WAPpDQM61szOC12h1SHcQ1mD_Yr
  3. Damn man you couldve helped with Much Ado too!
  4. Ha my #1 and #2 are already gone. I figured not that many people would vote for The Past, but thought there was an outside chance Catching Fire would sneak on a few ballots.
  5. I'm embarrassed to list my number....126, but I'm a pretty big film nerd. Ill definitely be submitting a top 25. There are a few big holes in my 2013 viewing still. Inside Llewyn Davis and Stoker, I should get to this weekend. A few films sure to show up on my list that either have gotten talked about in her or need more love: The Past: Another masterpiece from Farhadi. If you saw A Seperation you know what you're getting, an intense, compelling family drama. The Hunger Games Catching Fire: I know, I know, but these movies are so damn compelling. Jennifer Lawrence is a powerhouse and she surrounded by other great performances. The themes can be a little on the nose, but the work brilliantly. Rush: I know absolutely nothing about Formula One and I was glued to my seat the entire time. A story about two assholes, but you're rooting for both of them. The Spectacular Now: Its straight forward, but doesn't fall into coming of age teen movie cliches. Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller and outstanding, two of the best performances of 2013.
  6. I'll have to check this out. Ive been using Letterboxd.com for a while now. It seems pretty similar. I like the layout of letterboxd more right now, but thats just me. www.letterboxd.com/danrice/ is my profile on LB. I havent gotten around to logging and review films yet but Ive created a few list. I love how easy these sites make it to keep track of what Ive seen and still have to see.
  7. I HATE when people say something should've been a split decision. What does that even mean? "I think this guy won but I think at least one judge should disagree with me." I generally dislike Jones and thought it was clearly 48-47 for him, personally. Great, great fight though. After that fight I wouldn't be so confident about moving up to heavy if I was Jones. I definitely wouldn't want to box Kiltschko lol
