RIPPA Posted October 15 Posted October 15 Also on the Jets front - they have given Haason Reddick permission to seek a trade
hammerva Posted October 15 Posted October 15 At this point you have to wonder when Garrett Wilson requests a trade. He went from #1 receiver to #3 receiver in about 3 weeks. Meanwhile in other chaotic news from another mess of a team. Was Jerry wearing a red hat during this

Travis Sheldon Posted October 15 Posted October 15 Wish things had turned out better for Adams' tenure with the Raiders. Glad LV was able to get something in return without having to eat the contract. Hope the reunion with Rodgers goes well for them. (It won't)

RIPPA Posted October 15 Posted October 15 It appears that Amari Cooper has been traded to the Bills 2

Which is do-able for them even with their cap situation (and why Adams obviously was not do-able).
Just Adam Bay Bay Posted October 15 Posted October 15 Heck I’d rather have Cooper than Adams anyhow. I think Cooper is a great fit in Buffalo and should help them in the playoffs. The Jets still might miss the playoffs even with Adams. 1

I'm sure this has absolutely nothing to do with Rodgers specifically calling out Williams for "running the wrong route" causing Aaron "I've never once thrown an inaccurate pass or made an incorrect read" Rodgers to throw a pick. 4

Meanwhile, on that same place, Breece Hall was wide open with at least 20 yards of open field in front of him. 2

There were multiple plays he had Breece wide open and he didn’t target him. Like I get he had the one drop in the first quarter but that pass wasn’t near as good as Aikman made it out to be either. 1
Dolfan in NYC Posted October 16 Author Posted October 16 The Bills are releasing Marques Valdez Scantling to make room for Coop. Which could allow Aaron to do the funniest thing ever. 1 1
RIPPA Posted October 16 Posted October 16 The Giants Andrew Thomas is out for the season due to a foot injury New York better bench Daniel Jones now if they don't want that injury guarantee to kick in

I mean, everybody knows you should alienate your 24 year old star receiver who was great even with Zach Wilson throwing to him for your 40 year old quarterback who might be completely cooked I was going to say that he looks washed up, but I'm willing to bet Aaron Rodgers is one of those people who doesn't regularly bathe. 4
Dewar Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Rodgers has (finally) started throwing to his best receiver regularly the last couple of weeks, so of course they bring in another one of his favorites to throw to instead of using the best receiver. 2

And as a fellow Giants fan I agree. Keeping Jones in behind that line is like guaranteeing he gets a season ending injury and soon.
supremebve Posted October 18 Posted October 18 I didn't watch the game last night. I also acknowledge that passing is a much more important part of football these days. With that said, the Saint's are fucking cooked. If you give up 225 rushing yards at 6.4 yards a carry to this particular Denver Broncos team, you might lose every game for the rest of the season. Nothing makes me lose faith in a team more than not being able to stop the run. You're pretty much telling the rest of the league that your lunch money is up for grabs all you have to do is come take it. 3
supremebve Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Nick Chubb will be making his season debut this week. I really wish he was coming back to a team that was a Nick Chubb away, but he's coming back to a team that defenses have no reason whatsoever to respect the pass. Even if he's pre-injury Nick Chubb he's coming into the worst situation for a running back possible. The lesson as always, if you have a chance to sign a pervert to an unprecedented contract, don't. 4
