Lawful Metal Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 That was the most illegal moving screen I’ve ever seen

_MJ_ Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 3rd quarter summary incoming. Third Quarter Summary: Almost every positive thing that could happen for the Warriors happen.
GuerrillaMonsoon Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 LOOK AT PAPA SHANGO TONY BROTHERS FORCING THESE CURRY SHOTS IN THAT THERE BUCKET FROM WHEREVER HE DAMN WELL PLEASES AND/OR PARTS UNKNOWN. 2
Niners Fan in CT Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Rockets would have been up 20. They didn't call back to back 3's where Harden was fouled and then they took back a 4 point play to start the 3rd. That's 9 maybe 10 points right there. Now the Rockets are down 7 and won't come back. It's not about the use of capital letters or conspiracies it's how the game actually played out.
Lawful Metal Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 They stopped calling fouls in the paint. Again. And moving screens are again legal for GS. Real easy to hit open threes when you can drag defenders away from the shooter.
Niners Fan in CT Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Don't worry these same posters probably didn't see anything wrong with Lakers and Kings game 6 either. I don't often agree with you but you are right tonight.
GuerrillaMonsoon Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Yep - should have been a 4 point play on the Thompson foul. No doubt. Since then, Curry's shooting them from The Outer Reaches Of Your Mind and not missing. Rockets went 0/7 in that same time from far more manageable shots. Harden's dropped his head already. 1
_MJ_ Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 (edited) Also those Ryan Anderson minutes were bad. Real bad. Superbad. If he's not hitting threes, I don't know why they put him out there. Chris Paul is seething. Edited May 29, 2018 by _MJ_
Niners Fan in CT Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Houston has a lot of issues. Their shot selection has been poor as well. I'm just saying that if they would have gotten the calls they should have it'd be a tight game.
Dewar Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Rockets have missed 25 3 pointers in a row. I'm impressed.
GuerrillaMonsoon Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Far easier to hold onto a 17 point lead than it is to have the ridiculous self-confidence necessary to throw up the sort of shots Curry never looked like missing when down by 17 in game 7 of a conference final.
Niners Fan in CT Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Also, of course the loss of CP3 was something that they probably couldn't survive.
GuerrillaMonsoon Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 How many playoff series is it now where that's happened to him? 4?
_MJ_ Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Just now, Niners Fan in CT said: Also, of course the loss of CP3 was something that they probably couldn't survive. ...and that's the Warriors best advantage this game. It's likely the reason why I had to watch Ryan Anderson attempt to play defense on Steph Curry for multiple plays.
Niners Fan in CT Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Warriors and Cavs Part 4. Only one of the previous 3 series was interesting. This will be 5 games at best. Yawn.
elizium Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Why did the Rockets just stand around and let Golden State bleed 48 seconds off the clock? I have no dog here, but the last couple minutes have been perplexing by Houston.
Elsalvajeloco Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 All the Rocket fans on Twitter wanna fight Trevor Ariza so bad.
Contentious C Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 It's funny how there was just a big puff piece on ESPN about how important Trevor Ariza was, and then he barfs up an 0-12 night. Rockets/Celtics would have been a way more interesting series, had either of them shot worth a tinker's damn in their respective Game 7.
_MJ_ Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 As soon as Chris Paul's hamstring died, I knew this was inevitable. I sighed. I whined. I dreaded it. I even turned the game off after the first couple of minutes in the fourth to run from it. I hate you, Thanos. 2
GuerrillaMonsoon Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Ariza fouling out in game 1 was far more damaging than what he put up tonight.
