RIPPA Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 So Nnamdi Asomugha is done in San Fran I would feel bad for him but he is with Kerry Washington so no 2
paragon11 Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Well, we have that barn burner MNF football matchup of Dolphins/Bucs to look forward to... Patriots are on a bye, which couldn't come at a better time.
RIPPA Posted November 5, 2013 Author Posted November 5, 2013 Okay - everyone excuse my moment of insanity but the Aaron Rodgers injury caused this Giants have won two straight - sit at 2-6 vs. Oakland vs. Rodgers less GB vs. Dallas at Washington at San Diego I am suddenly seeing them at 7-6 AND then Seattle flies TO NY Katie Bar the Fucking Door 1
Fat Spanish Waiter Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 I wouldn't think the last three are winnable
Dolfan in NYC Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 So Aaron Rodgers has a fractured collarbone. Am I ever glad some moron dropped Tom Brady in the league I've got him in.
glfpunk Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Okay - everyone excuse my moment of insanity but the Aaron Rodgers injury caused this Giants have won two straight - sit at 2-6 vs. Oakland vs. Rodgers less GB vs. Dallas at Washington at San Diego I am suddenly seeing them at 7-6 AND then Seattle flies TO NY Katie Bar the Fucking Door The thing is, yes all those are winnable games but at the same time you know the Giants and their roster. Do you see them winning seven in a row? I don't. I wouldn't be surprised at them winning any of those games to be honest but I would be surprised at their ability to go five more in a row.
Ryan Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Many are reporting three weeks for Rodgers, but that hasn't been confirmed. That could have been a hell of a lot worse assuming that holds up. Those kind of injuries can be anywhere from like 2 weeks in a sling to 4-6 months depending on all sorts of things.

As I said - it was my moment of insanity. In reality I see them winning 2 or 3 of those games going into Seattle. At this point all I want them to do is beat the Redskins
Ryan Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 They'll lose to Seneca Wallace and his immense skills.
jaedmc Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Skills? Skills are overrated. It's all about intangibles. How many intangibles does he have? Is it a few, several, or incalculable?
Ryan Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 His incalculable intangibles are immensely immeasurable in their infuriating intransigence. 5
glfpunk Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 You need at least three intangibles in order to be a winner
Ryan Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 I forgot he existed until last week, so that's one.
elizium Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 What we really need is someone with a bit of grit and a non-stop motor.
Kuetsar Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 No what you need is some who knows how to win!
Kuetsar Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 I know this is semi delusional, but the Bills have a decent shot at finishing 8-8. The remaining non-division games are Pitt, Atl, TB and the Jagoffs. 3-1 in those games gets them to 6-7, then go 2-1 vs Miami, the Jets and Pats. Not the greatest chance, I 'll grant but they've kept most games close, and EJ can maybe inspire a mini-run. Now watch them finish 5-11. . . .
Tabe Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 No what you need is some who knows how to win! I think someone "who looks like he's just having fun out there" is more in order.

Niners Fan in CT Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 I never thought Seneca Wallace was great IN COLLEGE...

Maybe the kind of guy that would just sit back in his jeans, leaning on his pickup, and just throw the ball around with his buddies.

Justin877 Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Is Matt Flynn on a flight to Wisconsin as we speak?
Kuetsar Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Is Matt Flynn on a flight to Wisconsin as we speak? Cause if your not good enough for the Seahawks, Raiders, and Bills you should be great for the Pack. . . . 1
