Niners Fan in CT Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Also remember that Smith was hampered early on in SF by having something like 7 different offensive coordinators before Harbuagh came along. This is true but he was given more than enough opportunities to prove he's the franchise. I'm just happy he's found success in KC because he's a good guy.
Death From Above Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 He wasn't even bad under Harbaugh, he just liked Kap better. I can't really say I blame him. Even when Kap has a bad game he will do a lot of things that personally I like. The guy has a laser for an arm and can move around. Hard not to like him.
Brian Fowler Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Also remember that Smith was hampered early on in SF by having something like 7 different offensive coordinators before Harbuagh came along. This is true but he was given more than enough opportunities to prove he's the franchise. I'm just happy he's found success in KC because he's a good guy. He was pretty good the one year Norv Turner was his OC, iirc. But, yeah, the move to Kap made perfect sense. Younger, higher upside, dangerous with his feet...
Burgundy LaRue Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 He's more the epitome of "efficient but not dangerous" Except when he was shredding the Colts in that classic last year, and tonight, when he's "I have become Smith, destroyer of secondaries" 1
Cole Miner Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Oakloland. I'm more concerned that the Patriots made hard work of them last week. Looks like now is the appropriate time to say amen to that
Burgundy LaRue Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 My apologies to johnnyboy, who seems to be a good egg. But on behalf of many a NFL fan (especially us who wear blue and white horseshoes): http://youtu.be/26WU8cGGccc 1

Burgundy LaRue Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Ah, so that previous tweet was just a day off.

pipGofern Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Bye bye Dennis Allen, the first casualty of the year That is coming from TheScore per Jay Glazer of FoxSports.. Should never have fired Tom Cable.
Travis Sheldon Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Bye bye Dennis Allen, the first casualty of the year That is coming from TheScore per Jay Glazer of FoxSports.. Should never have fired Tom Cable. Agreed. Then repeat with Hue Jackson. Looks like Tony Sporano is frontrunner.

johnnyboy Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 My apologies to johnnyboy, who seems to be a good egg. But on behalf of many a NFL fan (especially us who wear blue and white horseshoes): It's ok Brady super-jinxed himself before the season started, coupled with the Mankins trade angering the football gods and us starting Fraggles on the offensive line we're f'ed. If we still win the division this year then the rest of the AFC East need to be taken to the vets and put down. Also, what is the point of Danny Amendola?
johnnyboy Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 2/3rds the price for 1/1000th the production doesn't seem that great a deal
