He got 77 2) D-Jack going over 1,000 yards receiving (he needs (97, but if Foles spreads the ball like he's been doing then it'll probably wait until December when they play Arizona) <----He got 82 yards due to the Eagles having balance between the passing and rushing game, and also the Skins contained him as best they could. 3) Demeco Ryans reaching the 100 tackle mark (he needs 11, and at the pace he's been on he's got a shot at it) <---4 short, but he was the leading tackler in the game, and he made quite a few good plays. 4) The defense to continue shutting teams down in the red zone like they've done in the past month or so, and STOP ALFRED MORRIS!!! <----Half done- the Eagles contained them in the red zone, and Fletcher Cox with that fumble recovery. With that said, Morris got 93 on the ground so they fell just short. Still Barwin, Ryans, Cox, Goode, Allen, Cole, Thornton, and BOYKIN~ came up big on defense. 5) For the love of God, NO MORE KEY EAGLES GETTING HURT! <------Done, but man did the Eagles ever have a few scares with Shady McCoy, Trent Cole and Patrick Chung getting banged up. But they toughed it out and contributed to a big win. 6) This losing streak at home has gotta go. Like yesterday. <-----DONE! Ding dong the witch is dead!!! The Comedian Posted November 17, 2013 Share Posted November 17, 2013 well the funniest thing about the Eagles game was how, right after we heard all about Chip vowing not to make the same mistakes as the first Skins game and take his foot off the gas...he proceeded to do just that the Eagles don't have a good enough run-blocking O line to just smack the other team in the mouth and pick up yards even if they know its coming, so if Foles isnt keeping the D honest by spreading the ball around, they just sit there and wait to kill Shady on that read option*, and Foles is too slow for the QB keeper to work more than once in a while... * well, either kill him or use his determination against him by getting him to run backwards after the initial bounce-off, then kill him Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
