pipGofern
Maybe Dixon should do the Superman TD celebration. Dude gets big air on those leaps. Glad the first TD call got overturned so we don't have to listen to obnoxious Seahawks fans whine about it for next 8 years,
BobbyWhioux
It's as if Dixon was sat down during the review and made to watch a clip of Marcus Allen, and adjusted his technique accordingly. Much better dive the second time around, jumped too early on the first one
hammerva
Never understood why we get these goofy formations on kickoffs or field goals. They end up being in the same position anyway.

Josh Mann
Does Alton Smith have a specific set of assignments on each snap or do the 49ers just tell him "Smash"?
hammerva
Nobody likes to run 15 - 25 yards behind the line of scrimmage to make a play either. That is so going to hurt him in the long run
BobbyWhioux
Does Alton Smith have a specific set of assignments on each snap or do the 49ers just tell him "Smash"? Basically. He's a pass rush specialist who isn't particularly good at run stopping (though better than he was when he started) so he's in the spirit of Kevin Greene et al. "just go get the QB"

hammerva
The overreaction by Harbaugh on a meaningless penalty is one of the main reason why people hate the Seahawks less than the Niners. pipGofern
Whoever is blocking that one Smith needs help in the 2nd half cause he's flying in on every play. What a bizarre ending to the half. BS call but Niners rep and Harbaugh's goofy theatrics earn them no sympathy.

Well I worded it to "less than the Niners". I agree that Seattle is equally an hateable team but I find Harbaugh slightly more annoying than Carroll which is really saying something
