Ran a patch this morning that was so quick to install I don't think it did anything beyond probably stealing my identity... again

I wanted to find a Roll The Dice gif since like 35 different wrestlers used that as their finisher in the 2000's, but came up empty. 😞

Said update was just run - who knows what fresh hell was just unleashed

Firefox is having trouble with a number of links elsewhere as well.

occasionally my Chrome lets me see the insecure version of the board, but usually it's the secure version

When you see the insecure version of the board, do your best to tell it that it's good enough, smart enough, and, gosh darn it, people like it.

Firefox is also having issues going to the next page when I click Next

This occurs on Chrome too. And on mobile with the Brave browser.

Ran a security update this morning - it obviously broke more things than it fixed

I think I was able to fix things but if you had to log-in when accessing the board - that was probably the reason why

Everything I said 10 days ago applies again

@RIPPA, we've been on this version of the board since 2013..... twelve years is a long time. at what point does it make sense to have a relaunch? At this point, the list of things that DON'T work is longer than those that DO.

The next major overhaul of the Invision Community is coming (theoretically) some time this year

We are on Invision Community 4 and this is upgrading to Invision Community 5

So that is basically gonna force the overhaul as there is A LOT of changes. That is part of the reason so much is broken as Invision is saving things for V5 instead of putting things in V4

Reason I say "theoretically" is because they have been talking about V5 coming for over a year now

Did you do an update in the last couple of days? Because switching between pages (without opening a new tab) is now working again for me.

They dropped another maintenance update that I ran this morning

If things are fixed - that is why

If things are more broken - that is why
