Kuetsar Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 This could go here or the stupidity thread. . . http://espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/story/_/id/11984447/nfl-investigating-tony-romo-rib-injury-whether-dallas-cowboys-concealed-it Long and short of it is that Romo/Cowboys may not have disclosed a lingering rib injury. . .
Raziel Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Setting up Romo's "can't win a must win game" excuse early ths year?
ebbie Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Brandon Marshall has a collapsed lung and broken ribs. His season is over. If he weren't in excruciating pain, I'd bet he'd have some mixed feelings right now. But did he run Cutler and the HC over with a bus yet?
dogwelder Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Yeah, this really should go in the NFL Stupidity thread...but... Report: Snyder, Allen may side with RG3 and fire Gruden So Art Briles then?
Death From Above Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 I never thought I'd feel sorry for a Gruden. It's another Festivus miracle.
dogwelder Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 I mean, who are the Skins going to get to be the head coach if they fire Gruden? No one in their right mind would want to coach Bob at this point unless Snyder gives him a gigantic amount of money. And, hey, no one's going to talk in the DC area any more about Ovechkin being a coach killer. Bob's taking that mantle and running away with it.,
evilwaldo Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 As an Eagles fan I approve of the firing of Gruden. Double down Danny Boy, double down.
Cole Miner Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 The Raiders manage to keep finding coaches. Actually the answer is right there on TV and Raider related. Maybe the 49ers can get those dopes to give up multiple first rounders for Harbaugh.
Gonzo Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 One internet dollar says that Rex Ryan will be the head coach of the Washington Redskins by mid-January.
RIPPA Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 As I said in the college thread There is only one person they can hire if they are going to insist on staying with RG3 Art Briles
Hail Sabin Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Also RG2 or Skip Bayless would coach the team. Biles seems like the most likely since he loves RG3 and depending on how the Final 4 goes might be mad enough to leave for green pastures. On another note has any QB in NFL history gotten 3 head coaches fired while still playing for the same team?
ebbie Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 One internet dollar says that Rex Ryan will be the head coach of the Washington Redskins by mid-January. How that bonzo is still an head coach, regardless of how hard you go "Jetslulz," is beyond me. Perfect fit imo
dogwelder Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Gruden wants to see if he can build a team around Colt McCoy So...maybe Gruden is trying to get himself fired too? 1
Kuetsar Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 The only way for RGIII to save his career is the have his ass humbled(Iron sheik style or not), and go to a place that won't coddle him, Learn as an under study and in a couple of years be an NFL style starter. Of course he won't do it, and will be out of the game much sooner as a result. Thus, the only relevant question is: Are the Redskins now the most toxic job in the NFL? The only competition in my eyes is the Raiders. The Jets suck, but at least they have been decent recently. I am tempted to put the Cowboys there, but as fickle as Jerry Jones can be, he's still better than the Danny boy snyder and the demon spawn of Al Davis.

dogwelder Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 This is where someone would put the gif of someone eating popcorn London Fletcher is not a fan of Jim Haslett Outside of Haz's family, is anyone a fan of his?
dogwelder Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Wow, there's more people in the Fed Ex stands than I thought.
Hail Sabin Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 This is where someone would put the gif of someone eating popcorn London Fletcher is not a fan of Jim Haslett Outside of Haz's family, is anyone a fan of his? Offensive coordinators? 1

hammerva Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 When I hear "check out the first play of this game" and see Geno Smith at QB it never good to hear 2
Raziel Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Seriously, the Jets and Slurs problems at QB should be a clear indication on why the fuck GM's/Owners should stay the fuck out of naming starters.. and HOLY FUCK THE ARM ON BECKHAM
