You should take a gander at the names in South America. There's a few Racing's, one Boston (Uruguay), a Freaking Barcelona...

I love very much that in Uruguay, within the city of Montevideo alone there is a Racing Club, Liverpool, and River Plate.

An American club being named "Dynamo" anything is hilarious, all the same.

In fairness, South America also gave us the greatest team name in the world, Boliva's leading club The Strongest.

Even if they lose they are still The Strongest.

Yikes, pretty bad start to the season for Atleti. 5 out of 12 points. Club struggling to create any chances. Griezmann has gone missing post World Cup...

Cristiano just got on the scoresheet for Juve against Sassuolo. First was a tap in... And the second on a speedy counterattack.

Crouchie clipped out the sales figures on his twitpic. It sold 4330 copies, first week in hardback.

Welcome to a nice long vacation, Douglas costa.

Can't believe it's only a 3 match ban.

Terrible news about Stephen Darby, forced to retire at 29 after getting diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. Thinking of Stephen, his family and friends. Stephen was a former Bradford City player and Captain.

Sad, but not surprising.

Another problem with Italian football. Those mid to lower table clubs are usually pretty bad and get steamrolled by the bigger clubs usually.

This is related to Serie A:

The Champions League group stage starts today. I'll be watching Barça vs. PSV and Monaco vs. Atleti, but will keep an eye on Inter vs. Spurs and Red Star vs. Napoli.
