odessasteps
It's funny they split up the New York teams into 2 groups.

supremebve
Just now, RIPPA said: I am just happy that they broke it up properly The funny thing is that their is a clear hierarchy that none of us would dispute. The Mets, Jets, Nets, and Islanders(come on dudes y'all need to change to the Vets or something.) are not in any way the Yankees, Giants, Knicks(OK, maybe we should think about putting the Knicks on the other list), or Rangers. Ryan
I like how Milwaukee/GB is tied with the second tier NY lineup.
piranesi
The top Individual teams also break down pretty nicely in terms of relative evil-ness - Pats - Lakers/Cardinals - Yankees.
RIPPA
If the Raptors close out the Heat (one more win) - that will mean every city will be at least 3 conference title game appearances ahead of DC OH! And that chart doesn't include the Cavs this season so that means they have 4 So yeah - no one who is a fan of DMV teams can mock Cleveland anymore

You can't though, Baltimore is clearly different to everyone in the DMV and everyone in Baltimore. It is kind of like San Francisco and Oakland, A's fans and Giant fans are not the same people, they'd never claim to be the same people, and have no interest in being the same people. Montgomery County and PG county are DC suburbs, They might go to Baltimore every now and then, but if they had to explain to someone in Kansas where they were from they'd say they're from DC. Well, yeah, but when the majority of people living in the DC area have no idea that the Kastles or World Team Tennis even exist...
RIPPA
Revisiting this because even if the Nats win one more game - DC will still be at least 2 behind every city since Toronto just got to the ALCS Or they will be 3 behind everyone
odessasteps
And Toronto doesnt get credit for the Argos Grey Cup win.

If your city wins a title, and nobody gives enough shits to buy tickets to their games, does it really count?
odessasteps
It was funny to hear TSN radio start an hour with Argos talk before getting to the Jays. Talk about shameless.
