Death From Above Posted July 1, 2016 Share Posted July 1, 2016 PKs would be so much more interesting if shooters weren't allowed to do that thing where they start their run up then stop dead and wait for the goalie to fall over one way or the other before they shoot. The funny thing is shooters are supposed to be carded for stutter stepping during a kick just how a goalie is to be carded for coming off there line before the kick.
