Reed
It's going to be a sad, sad day when Rock gets so big he finally just explodes.

Reed
I can see this flopping. Has the Hercules name ever meant as much as people seem to think it does? Rock is quite a big name though, so who knows? It'll be an interesting test for him.
Elsalvajeloco
They got rid of the wrong part of the title. The Thracian Wars is better than just Hercules. It looks really, really average to me.

Burgundy LaRue
I can see this flopping. Has the Hercules name ever meant as much as people seem to think it does? Rock is quite a big name though, so who knows? It'll be an interesting test for him. It should attract enough of the 300-loving crowd to do OK-ish. And Rock's movies tend to do well in DVD sales/rentals, so I think it'll be fine in the long run. Though $110 million for the movie only to advertise it using 25-cent posters with bad font isn't the way to excite the masses. Will it be rated R or PG-13? Petey
But Brett Ratner's directing it and he directed the Rush Hour movies! (don't hate)

Reed
Just checked, apparently it was $110 million, not $200 million. My point still stands.
Antacular
If this does over $100M domestically I'll be shocked.

Spritenaut 32
Saw the trailer for the first time a few days ago. Had no idea the Rock was in it until just now. MARKETING! Looks like it could be dull. Probably won't see it.

Reed
It really is amazing how some of these more bland Hollywood films can just suck the charisma of The Rock.
Bustronaut
It's so weird, he yells "I am Hercules" like he's doing a stage whisper.
