  1. Past hour
  2. If I already got one veiled request here, there must be some dudes out there ready to pay for it. Chicks, not so much...
  3. So you should be pretty F'n jacked at this point, because that is a huge cut! The weather here in Finland has been cold as fuck for June/July, especially compared to last May//July which was awesome. The problem is that it has also rained a whole lot, so it has ruined more than a few cardios for me, but I still made the F'n cut this year, too! Anyway, keep up the awesome work, those are some badass numbers as far as losing pounds is concerned!
  4. Thanks for asking! Currently at 226 and change, down from around 310 about two years ago. I'm sure dropping the weight has helped, but this weather hasn't! It's been so hot and sunny (high 80s/low 90s) that it just wears me out and I'm lucky if I can get six miles (trying to find shadier routes definitely helps). But I had two recent days that were cloudier and cooler and I was able to go 10 miles each day -- contrast that with the fact that I've only done 10 twice before that and that was like a year-ish apart. So I guess increasing the long run frequency means I'm getting in better shape.
  5. Today
  6. Having seen Uncharted recently, Tom Holland did fine with stunts and looked debonair enough while wearing a suit, but there's more to playing Bond than looking good in a suit. Holland's character of Drake never really won at any fist fights during the movie. If Holland ends up as Bond, they're obviously trying to make the Bond movie even more of an 'origin story' than Casino Royale was or possibly make it more modern. They got to get Mads Mikkelsen back though, so Holland and Mikkelsen can do a dance off. (Oh God, that's a terrible idea)
  7. This is probably the most telling statement
  8. @Technico Support Where is your weight at currently? Do you feel like the shed pounds have improved your cardio further? I mean I remember you telling that your cardio has always been on a good level despite being a big guy! I ran without the weight vest last weekend and it felt like cheating !
  9. One of my oldest friends is a fan, too! I mean he is a fan of hundreds of bands, just like you and me, but he's the only one who has mentioned Mortician to me before. He was praising them, if I recall correctly. Definitely not hating on them, that's for sure!
  10. Concur. Also, added to the card: FOR THE WWE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP - Tiffany Stratton (c) v Trish Stratus NO HOLDS BARRED - Jade Cargill v Naomi
  11. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hm-M8GvgYws Jack Black Mr Crowley
  12. I feel like the only reason Dirty Women was such a staple was it gave them an excuse to have video roll of topless women on the screens.
  13. I think Zack Sabre Jr goes into NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20 as IWGP World Heavyweight Champion two years running. That's what my heart and head wants. Speaking of, HiroshI Tanahashi's final match ever to headline the show. Nobody deserves it more than Tanahashi for what he's done for NJPW.
  14. Step one to making this a thing complete! The Taichi/Ishii part of the gauntlet and is must see. There's a good story with Taichi doing well and taking Goto's points that i hope they take advantage of. Taichi has been one of the best guys in the company this year.
  15. I'm only at Fyter Fest so far and was watching Thekla's entrance thinking "Damn, she should really team up with Lady Frost... I wonder who she's going up aga...HOLY SHIT!!!" Sadly, too much of a squash, but I'm sure these two would have a better, more competitive match in them for sure! Casually starting the Summer Blockbuster with Ospreay vs Swerve 2! This ought to be nice... yeah, but I called the 30-minute draw! Okada showing respect to Kenny, only to blindside the shit out of him was a dick move! While I think Bowens' gimmick is very cheesily tacked on (go with one or the other) I think his music is awesome and him going against all these great workers who are total douches (Prickochet, Okada and Fletcher) is working pretty well. Mortos vs Bandido is a dream match that I have been waiting for a good while now! Me and Bandido currently share a physique, just look at us!
  16. I still want more wrestlers to be on the Challenge. For as long as the Challenge has been on, only having a pre-WWE Miz and Lio Rush is pretty lame. You'd think given that so much of the "game" of the Challenge is politicking, maybe more than the physical stuff, that more wrestlers would be ripe for it.
  17. All In just purchased via Triller TV, there was some discount going on, so the price was only 17e to begin with and with 2e worth of Google Play credits, it ended up costing 15e, which is a steal if there ever was one! I'm so far behind the shows at the moment that I have no real idea of the card, but I already know that it will be worth THAT price, even with Mox in the main event.
  18. Just had a cursed thought, what if AEW bringing in Father/Son tag titles is their way of belting up Big Boom AJ and Big Justice.
  19. Megan's not actually that big, the majority of the AEW women's division is just tiny.
  20. Well, TBH we probably should have had a thread for them all by themselves if they were gonna keep doing this shit. This is a lot of material. Yes, I just asked for another thread. Kill me if you must.
  21. Triple H, intentionally or not, set up this show for failure.
  22. For that era Sid, that might as well be a 60 minute broadway.
  23. Looking at old photos, he kind of always looked like that despite the lack of beard, but he did manage this piece of '50s wrestling cheesecake (and remember, Jimmy is STILL ALIVE).
  24. Well, Dusty did bleed and have actual matches in ECW, whereas all Sid did was walk out, fist bump the crowd, and pick somebody up for the powerbomb. That is a pretty perfect description of how I always feel when I see him. Ancient dude with striped pants pulled up above his navel, no muscle tone, doing a bad dance to a fucking Billy Joel song. It's like, what?
  25. No, I am also somewhat of that mind. However, I have to add in the context that by the time I saw the Boogie Woogie Man, he was pretty much done on that level. At best, I caught him at the very tail end of his run. Then, after that, it was like on TV through appearances in late era Memphis when they were struggling to put a few thousand people into the Mid South Coliseum. By then, I was wondering, "why do they keeping bringing this decrepit Rip Van Winkle looking S.O.B. back?". I had no context of why he was who he was. IMO Jimmy is one of those guys (along with other Starrcade 83 luminaries like Bugsy McGraw and Rufus R. Jones) who became obsolete once you entered a certain era of pro wrestling where even guys who were mostly personality had to display some type of "workrate". It also doesn't help that the enhancement talent once it was just a big two were guys who were insanely over qualified to be that. So even the guys losing regularly on TV would be able to put on amazing matches if you let them. There are no guys around now where their sole responsibility is to liven up the audience to a molten hot level by putting in the least amount of effort required. The closest is Dusty's 1994 mini return in WCW and also his ECW run where guys are just running into his elbow while he just stands there.
