I loved Chelsea cracking up at the end. Her and Arianna together can be annoying but I enjoyed what they were doing. -

On a less serious note, I finally just watched the video from the pizza shop. The real heroes of the video are: The customer who offered to walk that aisle and fight Flair outside because he was being such an asshole and insulting an employee who can't just go fight people on the clock. Darryl Hall and John Oates for the soundtrack to this shitshow. Can't go for that, indeed. -
Congratulations, Tabe!! That's awesome!!

gonna summon the person who named wrestlers in the 1990s WWF to refer to an extremely wide wrestler as The Steamroller. Maybe do the log roller. After seeing someone do a form of the Logroller in Women of Wrestling last night, it makes me realize that could be a good dick heel move to pull out on smaller opponents You think Roop found it funny that people were head-faked into thinking Ole was in the episode by how Bob looks? Another thing with Bryant and Ole, for as much of a crusty bastard Ole seemed like, Bryant really does love the guy and see the best in him And Louise.. I'm guessing every business south of Cincinnati has had an old southern woman like Louise working as a secretary/office person Also, Ted Turner absolutely wouldn't have done interviews for this episode if he could because he absolutely doesn't care enough about Vince to act like Vince is a rival, but this whole thing makes me remember how much it sucks that Ted has Lewy Body Dementia because Ted's an amazingly creative-ish business mind and someone who shaped a lot of the current world. Not saying he was 100% good in how his channels shaped things but he made an impact -
To be honest, it would be quite a miracle if it didn't. I mean it isn't even all that "early" at this point, if it is!

In addition to this, I also have to wonder that at his age and the mileage wrestling and substance abuse have put on his body if the early stages of dementia are starting to creep in. -
Those decades are certainly not without their issues, but not a week goes by that I won't feel at least a little bit of nostalgic towards either or both of those decades! So, I definitely get how you feel! Oh, and the 80's go without saying, but even the 10's weren't that bad in my view! This decade has sucked badly, so far, though!

It's a lot to unpack with him but the thing that just freaks me out is that this guy does not really know who the real person, Richard Fliehr, even is. There's no person separate from the persona. When there's no fanfare, no crowd, and no party or anything like that, does he just self-medicate to run from the emptiness? Like the last thing he wants is to just sit with himself because there is no himself, just the character of "Ric Flair." It just really does my head in to think about that. -

Roop is extremely wide. He's like a human version of Strong Mad. https://pm-universe.fandom.com/wiki/Strong_Mad -
Just caught a glimpse of Kyle O'Reilly's Paul Orndorff arm and it's strikingly similar. The interesting thing about Orndorff's arm is that if you know what to look for, the early symptoms can be seen as early as '84 (if not earlier), so he must have had those neck issues WAY before the Hogan feud!

With the 6'->6" there's also a Spinal Tap joke in there somewhere, but as usual, I do no comedy!

Good shout. Be interesting who gets Bryan Danielson at All In. I think it's one of: Nigel McGuinness. Zack Sabre Jr. Kazuchika Okada. Kenny Omega. Will Ospreay. I'm thinking it will be Nigel McGuinness and if it's not Nigel, Zack Sabre Jr. You could do Bryan Danielson vs. Will Ospreay II but it'll be Swerve Strickland vs. Will Ospreay for the AEW World Championship.

I said similar when he had his last Last match, but it's honestly so depressing that it kinda goes full circle to where I've almost got no choice but to oddly respect the steadfast digging in of the heels in the face of public shaming, common sense, and, y'know, fucking death.

Bob looked goddamn enormous in the ring there, way bigger than in the old footage from the Florida show, but then he was younger in that. The biggest "what if" is probably what if Ole never started a stink in the first place because he was the root of all this shit hitting the fan. Barnett keeps Georgia, Vince never gets a shot. No test run on a takeover. Does he try somebody else or is he locked out? Does the USA deal and the celebrity pushing still put New York over the top? Barnett is still in power with all those contacts to work against him too -- he got what, 80% of the vote to push out Ole behind his back from those alone? All kinds of scenarios there. -

Well they were named in the lawsuit as well. So, just like Vince, arbitration is in their best interests. -
Sometimes I miss the 90s and 00's, well the good parts of those decades and not the bad parts.

Just a reminder: Vince says Grant broke the NDA (but has not been proven), then he himself actually did break the NDA by not paying, but insists the NDA's arbitration rules should still be enforced. Need a DVDVR lawyer to explain if this is reasonable or not. -

So instead of backing way way off from this they're actually putting the corporation's name in the draw? What benefit does this serve? -
