Chaos
Nothing like being the face of the company for almost ten years, only to have some famous old timer come in, take over the company, and call you a young up and comer... I have for years dreamed of being the guy to handle creative for TNA. I don't think I could do worse than anyone they've had in years. Frankly I think we should give this a pass. The guy's suffering enough of his dream is to handle creative for TNA. Let's just let it go. Dreamed is a bit of a stretch, but I have thought "It could be fun" just in random discussions about wrestling in general.
BrianS81177
New episode up with Snooki. Looks like I'll be skipping this one.
Big Fresh
Snooki? You gotta be fucking kidding me! I'll probably listen to it out of morbid curiosity. But I'm surprised she's doing podcasts. Is she not a big star anymore? I'm so out of touch.
Casey
So apparently Bully Ray is the guy responsible for getting Rob Black into wrestling according to his part 1 podcast. And he ended up directing a porn for doing it with Ron Jeremy goddamnit Bubba
Charlie M.
Drew McIntyre's fired up. Can't wait to see his post-WWE run.
Mick32
Snooki literally says literally literally a lot. And she literally doesn't know what it means.
Bear Wyatt
Heyman's Studio 54 story was tremendous. Who knew that Boy George and Gavin Rossdale were Eskimo brothers?
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0
Today's episode is great. Heyman is great. Edge is great. They keep dropping these little digs/tidbits on different guys.
MADCAP
this was the best episode of TIJ. Can't wait to hear part two Friday.

Web Conn
So it's Edge & Paul Heyman together in studio with Chris?
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0
So it's Edge & Paul Heyman together in studio with Chris? Yes. Technically in a hotel room. Jericho gives the back story. Edge is like the Ed McMahon of the episode.
Rev Ray
Yeah, this is probably TIJ's best ep so far. I mean, I love listening to Heyman shoot the shit. Edge chimes in every now and then but it doesn't get too busy with everyone talking over one another.
Casey
I think Vince has a man-crush on (or just reeeeally respects) The Undertaker after hearing the WrestleMania 30 story, and then the one about the pyro guy and Elimination Chamber 2010.
RonL21
Bullshit meter went off during Heyman's Studio 54 story. Maybe half of it was true, but that probably was embellished as well

Cobra Commander
yeah, if Heyman repeats the "I was gonna take on Howard Stern" story in part 2, that will crush the Studio 54 story for pure bullshit

Johnny Sorrow
Here's the thing about the Boy George/ Studio 54 story. It's probably pretty researchable. I'm not gonna do it, but someone will.
Cobra Commander
Paul Giamatti as Paul Heyman is a pretty solid idea on Edge's part.

I'm not gonna do it, but someone will.I was wondering about the part of a 19 year old Heyman being the head PR guy for probably the most infamous nightclub of the time, with his own office overlooking the club. In part 2 he is saying this was in the mid-80s. Wasn't Studio 54 kind of on the way out or not so hip by then? Could be possible, but this is Paul Heyman we are talking about. Web Conn
Listening to part one as a HUGE Purple Rain fan I really enjoyed Heymans comparison of him and Brock to Morris Day and Jerome.
Just Dave
I think it was he and Punk, but as soon as he said that about Morris Day and Jerome I wanted him to be like "I'm a SMOOTH pimp who loves the pussy, and tubby here is my black manservant. WHAT?"
