Recommended Posts

We are 3 weeks away but it is shaping up to be a stacked card. The venue they are going to holds 5,000 for basketball so that’s probably 5,500 I hope they fill it or get it close to filled.

*Scott D'Amore came to the ring to hype Impact 1000, mentioning he and Eric Young being the first out on Impact #1. D'Amore says you can't talk about what makes Impact great without the knockouts and introduces Gail Kim, who introduced a video package on the history of the knockouts division. The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky) interrupt. They mocked Gail and the knockouts history while putting over themselves. Gail said she could do more than just talk. Gisele Shaw, Savannah Evans, & Jai Vidal come out. Gisele says the knockouts have improved and become better. Velvet asks who is so great from Gisele's generation. Jordynne Grace came out, followed by Deonna Purrazzo who said it's been the Era of the Virtuosa since she started. Awesome Kong & Raisha Saeed came out with Saeed asking who dares to challenge Kong. Tasha Steelz then returned and said they can't make history without the history maker. Tasha announced she would be the 5th member of Team Beautiful People and told Kong that she would be The Greatest That Beat The Biggest. Mickie James then returned and said she doesn't need to talk about it because she is the greatest. Fun show. Interesting finish in Jody/KiLynn on BTI.  The 30 minute opening seg of interruptions was epic with a great lineup of knockouts. I most love finally having Tasha Steelz back in the mix! One of my all time favs has been missed. Weird how things have fallen in to place with Tasha and Deonna both kind of just slotting back in to their traditional heel roles, especially Tasha since her face run was one match. Looking forward to the massive 10 woman tag next week.

Team 3D back together ruled. Dug the Josh/Shelley back and forth, both did great, felt like Shelley was sliding more in to the heel role of the two with the way the segment ended.

Loved the mixed tag as a fan of all 4, awesome moment for Traci to be heading in to the HOF.

Great main event and moment for Sabin, main eventing Impact 1 and Impact 1000, and now the 10 time X Champ.

Really enjoyed the 10 Knockouts tag. Throughout its many twists and turns, The Knockouts have remained a mostly solid constant in TNA/Impact. Was great to see faces of the past mix it up with the current roster. And good to see that retirement has not stopped Gail Kim from being willing to die for our sins. They were tossing her around pretty good out there lol Mickie slipping a quick look at the title towards the end looks to set up Trinity's next opponent.
