odessasteps Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 They dont pay by the hour in this sport.
Jiji Posted November 22, 2019 Posted November 22, 2019 This instantly became a favourite match of mine. What a tremendous fight. 1
DEAN Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Hey! Keichi Yamada and Marc Rocco in Reslo! WELSH! 1
odessasteps Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 Cannot recall seeing this before: hansen and ron bass as a team.
Cobra Commander Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Val Venis vs Julio Sanchez from SuperAstros. Featuring Val speaking Spanish. 1
Doragon Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 The Rock vs Lance Storm for the WCW championship.
DEAN Posted November 26, 2019 Posted November 26, 2019 Killer Khan is posted three times. IMAGINE the blood. 4
Jiji Posted November 26, 2019 Posted November 26, 2019 Man, early-to-mid '80s Choshu was the man. So over, the fire, and the violence. Fun brawl.
Curt McGirt Posted November 26, 2019 Posted November 26, 2019 The dates are different, but is that the same match that hit #9 on the AJPW '80s ballot? Curiously another Khan match, vs. Andre, hit nine on the NJPW ballot. 1
Jiji Posted November 26, 2019 Posted November 26, 2019 I was trying to think of the other Khan match from the '80s sets that I adored. That's the one.
Curt McGirt Posted November 26, 2019 Posted November 26, 2019 (edited) The only other NJ match with him is vs. Maeda, all the way down at #156. Talk about a tale of two cities. My opinion of that set varies wildly from the final rankings so it could be really good, haven't seen it in forever. EDIT: Crap, there isn't even another Khan match on the AJ set. Not even a tag. Edited November 26, 2019 by Curt McGirt
DEAN Posted November 27, 2019 Posted November 27, 2019 Oh man, this match is insane. Khan, Super Strong Machine Hirata, Shunji Takano and Hiro Saito is sooooo the grimiest heel stable of the 80s. SSM is a fucking all star in this. Animal Hamaguchi leans into a beautiful assbeating like a champ. 1
AxB Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Bruiser Brody squashes The Undertaker flatter than a very flat pancake.
paul sosnowski Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Thanksgiving Night, Dallas Texas. November 24, 1983 Steel Cage Loser Leaves Texas -- Kerry Von Erich vs Michael Hayes 1
Curt McGirt Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 1 hour ago, AxB said: Bruiser Brody squashes The Undertaker flatter than a very flat pancake. Was this Taker's first match that he talked about in that shoot with Austin? His memory's a little off but looks like it.
DEAN Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 JIMINY CRICKETS! Hansen and Gordy plus five buckets of blood. 3
