Khoya & Manik when Gunner pinned Khoya after a diving headbutt TNA Impact Wrestling - Airing June 19, 2015 from Orlando, FL *James Storm and Magnus brawled from the back to ringside. *Jessie Godderz def. DJ Z via boston crab submission. After the match, Jessie cut a promo on being the reason that the BroMans were successful. Jessie called DJ Z a loser and went to attack further when Robbie E came out from the crowd and fought Jessie off. *Madison Rayne came out for a promo and talked about building the knockouts division over six years. Madison goes over her accomplishments. Madison complains that she's been completely forgotten here, she gets nothing and it makes her sick. She should be the front of the division and trending every week. She talks about showing up on time and not even getting on the makeup schedule. Madison says now she's making her own time and complains about fired talent like Velvet Sky showing up on TV and getting to do whatever she wants. Madison mocks Velvet until she comes out through the crowd. Madison continues insulting her and slaps her. Velvet then spears Madison and hits a stunner. Angelina Love comes out with her security and says they can do it the easy way or the hard way. Velvet tries to attack the security but gets handcuffed. Angelina says trash like her gets arrested and sent to jail again. Angelina says she's a star while Velvet is just a fan. Angelina slaps her twice and tells security to get rid of her. Angelina sings goodbye to Velvet. Two more security members come out and arrest Angelina too for attacking a fan in Velvet. *Awesome Kong & Brooke def. The Dollhouse (Jade & Marti Bell) when Brooke pinned Marti after a flying elbow drop off of Kong's shoulders. *Mike Tenay came to the ring for the contract signing for the Slammiversary main event and introduces Kurt Angle and Ethan Carter III. Tenay gives them time for pre match comments. EC3 calls Kurt the best and goes over everyone Kurt has beat using nicknames to reference Flair, Austin, Triple H, Rock, Jericho, Lesnar, Edge, Undertaker, Hogan, Joe, Styles, Sting, and Jarrett. EC3 says they have all been beaten but he has not. EC3 says he is Kurt's reckoning and the torch will be passed at Slammiversary. Angle talks about being here before, he's healthy now and still the greatest wrestler in the world. Angle says EC3 losing will haunt him for the rest of his life. They make it official and agree to picking each other's opponents for matches on Impact before Slammiversary. Angle announces EC3 vs Lashley while EC3 will announce his next week. *Christy Hemme introduces Chris Melendez, who talks about his problems with Eric Young and calls him out. Melendez says he's on his last leg but wants a fight. Young says he doesn't care what he thinks, he's at the top of the mountain while Chris is at the bottom. Eric understands Chris wants revenge. He talks about choking Kurt with Chris's leg and says he did that on the fly so what will happen to him when he has time to think about it. Young asks if Chris really wants to be alone with one leg against a world class maniac next week on Impact. Chris says he has a lot to overcome and will see him next week. *Davey Richards cut a promo in the ring, talking about the Wolves sacrificing their bodies to be the best tag team in the world, the tag titles are what counts and whoever holds them are the best. He notes the Wolves beating the BroMans, Team 3D, and the Hardys but there are still unanswered questions with Aries and Roode. Davey talks about not looking for the easy way out and brings up Aries & Roode cheating last time. He says that won't happen again and if they want a war, they've got one. Eddie wants to do the match right now. Bobby Roode comes to the stage and says they aren't calling the shots. Roode says last week Aries and Angle had a match of the year candidate so Aries isn't cleared to compete. Roode says they will decide when match 4 takes place. Eddie points out that Roode looks okay so he suggests a singles match now. Roode agrees with the stipulation that whoever wins, picks the stipulation for match #4. *Eddie Edwards def. Bobby Roode with a rollup after Austin Aries tried to interfere with a chair but Davey countered him. After the match, Davey announced that match #4 in the series will be Full Metal Mayhem. *Ethan Carter III (w/ Tyrus) def. Bobby Lashley after the One Percenter. They tease MAGNUS'S SON BEING THROWN OFF THE STAGE and just cut away from it the second it's revealed as a ruse. There's no outrage, they just went to the commentators talking in the studio. EC3-Lashley was okay, but didn't make EC3 look all that dominant. Lashley should either have something worthwhile to do in TNA or just focus on MMA - having him show up randomly is a waste of his skill and risks his MMA career for nothing. EY-Melendez was a thing. Ditto the Dolls tag. The Dusty tribute to start the show was fantastic. DreamBroken Posted June 18, 2015 Author Share Posted June 18, 2015 Really liked EC3/Lashley, fun match with an exciting finishing stretch as Lashley kept kicking out after three ref bumps and interference. Great underdog babyface type performance from Lashley, loved his sudden comeback with the Spear on Tyrus. Looking forward to Angle/EC3. Enjoyed Roode/Edwards as well, always dig the Wolves promos, Davey's done some good work on the mic in TNA. Solid build for the next week and being Full Metal Mayhem for match 4 in the tag series. The way Josh pronounces Dollhouse and says it 50 times throughout the show, cracked me up when this happened and at the reveal Josh goes "...it's just a doll..." quick cut away.
