In another thread, I pined a bit for the days of the jobber squash, but really I love how much amazing free wrestling we get these days. I was just trying to explain to my son how, when I was his age, I never got to see the top stars face off on tv. Maybe occasionally on SNME or a Clash, but that was it. It can be overwhelming to keep up with, but it's a great problem to have.

Sometimes I wish more more of a middle ground between the long epics and the squashes. More 6-8 minute competitive matches (or 10-12 minute matches if you need to go through a PIP)

Looking at that list, it's wild some of the matchups we've had since AEW's inception, stuff nobody really could've expected to see - let alone much of it on national television. I'll never be able to truly understand people who are so against the existence of this company, but that's probably a good thing in the end...

Kinda like i said in the All In thread, the idea that a national promotion is running honest to God death matches on tv and ppv is insane.  Obviously it's not on Natural's list (or probably anyone's) but we got Nick Gage using a pizza cutter on Chris Jericho. On TV. And if I remember right, a pane of glass too? Just insanity what this company has given us.
