* The Highlight Reel opens SmackDown. Chris Jericho brings out his guest Dean Ambrose. They're interrupted by Kevin Owens, then Alberto Del Rio, then Cesaro and finally Sami Zayn. This sets up tonight's six-man main event

* Kofi Kingston defeated Aiden English, Luke Gallows and Big Cass in a Fatal 4 Way

* Backstage segment with Becky Lynch, Natalya, Dana Brooke and WWE Women's Champion Charlotte to hype their tag match at Money In the Bank

* Baron Corbin defeated Zack Ryder with Dolph Ziggler on commentary. After the match, Corbin stares Ziggler down at the announce table

* WWE United States Champion Rusev defeated Kalisto. Sin Cara tried to stop a post-match beatdown but got put in The Accolade. Titus O'Neil made the save and brawled with Rusev, who retreated

* Backstage segment with The Club and WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day to set up AJ Styles vs. Xavier Woods

* AJ Styles defeated Xavier Woods by submission

* WWE Women's Champion Charlotte defeated Natalya in a non-title match. Dana Brooke and Becky Lynch had a ringside scuffle before the finish

* They brought ladders back out and aired a MITB preview

* Dean Ambrose, Cesaro and Sami Zayn defeated Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho and Alberto Del Rio in the main event. Del Rio tagged in on Owens' back but Owens superkicked him. Owens then superkicked Jericho. Ambrose hit Dirty Deeds on Owens for the win. Ambrose celebrates to end SmackDown

Xavier Woods went all out in his match with Styles. It's the only thing people should go out of their way to see from this show. The rest was fine but it's the same stuff we've been seeing for a month.

Xavier vs AJ was top notch. Best TV match in a long long time.

I just find it cool that they both started out in Wildside and are now wrestling on Smackdown.  They've both taken different paths yet have come a long way.

It's odd how he matured as a worker while spending most of his ring time standing at ringside jawing. I remember him in TNA, when he could do anything athletic but looked lost in matches and didn't know when (or why) to do anything. Also, everyone said he wasn't doing an Apollo Creed gimmick properly because he didn't talk shit during matches at all. And now he's become the best in-match shit talker in the biz.

He's good at ringside shit-talk. Best in-match shit talker is KO.

KO is the best shit-talker period. In-ring, ringside, commentary, backstage wherever. HHH is the only guy in the company who might be as quick on his feet as Owens. Xavier isn't far behind though, and I'll give him a lot of credit for the trombone when they were heels. That was a great touch.
