RIPPA Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 The amount of Skins fans calling Kirk Cousins the Tom Brady to RG3's Drew Bledsoe shouldn't be stunning to me but here we are...
paragon11 Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Par for the course for Washington fans. They need something.
RIPPA Posted September 16, 2014 Author Posted September 16, 2014 Oh and Rihanna is all pissy now because CBS pulled her song last week.
muhammedboehm Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Because I don't want to do a search for Rihanna...is she pissy cause they pulled it or pissy cause they pulled it and said since it didn't air they don't have to pay her?
paragon11 Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Rihanna's tweet: CBS you pulled my song last week, now you wanna slide back in this Thursday? NO, Fuck you! Y'all are sad for penalizing me for this.
jaedmc Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 It's just another example of how tone def they are. Oh man, we've got this Ray Rice thing killing us and now we've got some song that's sung by a woman who is famously a victim of abuse for our Thursday Night Game. Let's cut her song, so we don't seem insensitive.
J.T. Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Steelers have the red hot Carolina Panthers in the night game. I will try to be nice to Jen after we lose, but it will be hard.
JLSigman Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Steelers have the red hot Carolina Panthers in the night game. I will try to be nice to Jen after we lose, but it will be hard. Awwww....
Burgundy LaRue Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Steelers have the red hot Carolina Panthers in the night game. I will try to be nice to Jen after we lose, but it will be hard. At least your team has won a game. *grumbling bad words*
Craig H Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 The Colts game was the exact opposite of the Bears game. Yesterday morning I got up to see that the Bears won. Today I wake up to see that the Colts somehow lost. The fuck happened?!
J.T. Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Steelers have the red hot Carolina Panthers in the night game. I will try to be nice to Jen after we lose, but it will be hard. Awwww.... You will have to fogive me, Jen. It may look like I am angry at you, but it will be displaced rage that should be focused on our shitty shitty defense.
supremebve Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 It's just another example of how tone def they are. Oh man, we've got this Ray Rice thing killing us and now we've got some song that's sung by a woman who is famously a victim of abuse for our Thursday Night Game. Let's cut her song, so we don't seem insensitive. I still don't get why it would be insensitive to play the song of a VICTIM of abuse. It would be insensitive to play a Chris Brown song, because he was the abuser, but I don't see why Rhianna's song needs to be pulled. Will the Vikings remove Jackson 5 songs, because Michael was an abused kid? Will the Jaguars remove T-Pain songs because all he does is win, and all they do is lose?
glfpunk Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Maybe because she got the crap beat out of her and then went right back to the dude. Might not be viewed as the best person to associate with on the issue.
Burgundy LaRue Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 That's pretty much blaming the victim, though.
supremebve Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 That's pretty much blaming the victim, though. Breaking news, Rhianna would like to apologize for the role she played in getting her song yanked from CBS' NFL coverage. 1
ivpvideos Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 You play the song and no one really makes the connection. You pull the song and make it a big deal and now people are talking about it.
pipGofern Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 You will have to fogive me, Jen It may look like I am angry at you, but it will be displaced rage that should be focused on our shitty shitty defense. Steelers scoring no touchdowns in six quarters doesn't exactly help matters either. Honestly, I wish I knew who Todd Haley had pictures of to get invited back this year. But yeah, Cam and his weapons against our limp dick D is gonna be uggggg-leeee. If the game is still competitive by the second half I'll consider it a moral victory.
EdA Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Sooo.... MarkMaske ✔ @MarkMaske Follow Fox Sports announced that Brian Urlacher is leaving the network, effective immediately, to spend more time with family. 10:40 AM - 16 Sep 2014
glfpunk Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 That's pretty much blaming the victim, though. You can call it what you want but she wouldn't be someone I'd want to associate with on the subject of abuse.
RIPPA Posted September 16, 2014 Author Posted September 16, 2014 Washington cuts Baccari Rambo because... well I could play DB better 1
supremebve Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Washington cuts Baccari Rambo because... well I could play DB better Baccari Rambo will be picked up soon, just because everyone wants to be around a man named Baccari Rambo.
RIPPA Posted September 16, 2014 Author Posted September 16, 2014 For the record - he was cut because they needed room for Brandon Merriweather since his suspension is up. So I assume they will sign Rambo again in 3 weeks when Merriweather is suspended for another helmet to helmet hit
Kaptain Kayfabe Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Anytime a potential AFC playoff team loses it is good for my beloved Bengals, but man did the Colts get jobbed last night on the illegal contact non-call and the horse collar tackle that wasn't a horse collar tackle call.
