LOSS and Miami, San Diego and Pittsburgh Losses

Miami Qualifies with 

WIN and either loss by Baltimore OR San Diego wins (They win three way tiebreaker and tiebreaker over San Diego, Baltimore result is unimportant in this scenario)

San Diego Qualifies with:

WIN and Baltimore and Miami Losses

Pittsburgh Qualifies with

WIN, Chargers, Ravens and Dolphins All Lose.
