Cleavy
not really a big deal, unless your team/franchise is playing.

Cleavy
It should just be the winners from each comp and if players are eligible for one than more team, then they place for their countries domestic team.
SirFozzie
So.. we have chaos, as the West Indies-India series is being cancelled after four One Day games (missing a T20 game and a Test Match series) due to a bizarre dispute between the players association and.. the players. The players are upset that the boss of the WIPA has signed a deal with the West Indies Cricket Board that could see the top players lose up to 90% of their money. SirFozzie
So we have the smorgasboard of Boxing Day Cricket.. Australia is having a standard go-slow day 1 against India in a match they just need to draw to win the series (174/3 at Tea), while apparently New Zealand have decided they're playing an extended ODI against Sri Lanka where Brendon McCullum is on the verge of the quickest 200 score ever (191 from 132 balls, tying (so far) the record for most sixes in an inning with twelve), and are 367/4. Cricket's a funny ol game. Edit: I jinxed McCullum, he's out for 195. New Zealand still scoring at the second fastest rate EVER in test cricket. SirFozzie
disgraceful story out of Sri Lanka.. members of the women's cricket team were forced to give sexual favors to keep their space in the team. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-32858940
Zheroen
Holy shit. I've had a feeling that Sri Lanka cricket was a bit of a shit show ever since the e-mails between Kumar Sangakkara and the SLC board from 2013 were leaked, but this is a completely unheralded level of dodgy behavior for a sporting organization. The Natural
joe root, next captain of the england team? Confident this will be the case. England lead the Ashes 1-0! Great catch by Cook followed by poor Cook getting another ball to his balls.

SirFozzie
IPL 2015 in doubt, as two of the 8 teams are facing a two year suspension from the IPL due to spot fixing and betting claims. edit: the teams themselves haven't been suspended, the owners have.. so they'd have to sell the teams or they couldn't participate.
