To be fair to Washington (not that they deserve it), every pro and college sports team treats their local media like that. 
 

It’s made most local media such wusses when dealing with the programs now. They know if they stop kissing ass for a second, they could be screwed. You even get shit where the sports reporters wear the team gear on the air. It’s pathetic.
