  1. Is this the two part British series from a couple of years ago? If so, I thought it was pretty damn good myself, and felt like a spiritual prequel to Hook in alot of ways. Yeah that's it. Found it on netflix and was hoping it was a series.
  2. Y'all gotta hear Jim Breuer on Maron's WTF this week talking about SNL politics. Crazy shit.
  3. I just caught the first episode of a show called "Neverland" that's a wild take on Peter Pan. I know the whole "serious adult version of fairy tales" thing is played out and is often awful, but this pretty fucking cool and fun.
  4. #teamboogiewoogiepunk Seriously, I'm enjoying Punk doing the classic midcard "feud with a manager and his stable" deal. It should go on for years like Valiant/ Jones.
  5. My mom was a huge Murder She Wrote fan, and I remember "coming up" with that serial killer idea back in the early 80's, telling her the idea, and her getting mad at me for being "sick".
  6. Truth will become Shaska Killings, mark my words.
  7. Punk came off as whiny and entitled then. He's far better now doing a Jimmy Valiant tribute act in the mid card.
  8. I wasn't online at the time, my fantasy idea was Kevin Sullivan as higher power.
  9. I've mentioned that I recently changed careers, and I'm now a pest control tech. Well, today I had to go take my exams to be certified in Colorado and I passed both in record time with great scores.
  10. I love this match so fucking much. The tracking shit almost added to it to me. It was like being a kid again trying to watch some crazy awesome wrestling that I'd never seen before on a UHF station that I kept having to play with the rabbit ears to get in.
  11. I don't know. I think Shakespeare In Love is all in all a better overall movie than Ryan. How many people still talk about SiL? Since the movie got all the hub hub of their award season you almost never see it on TV and it's not exactly a movie people say is a must have for their Blu Ray collection. While you can't go a Memorial Day weekend without one of the cable channels re-airing SPR.Doesn't mean it's a better movie, though.
  12. Two of my best friends back home in Jersey, Bobby and Erin, who've been together forever and got married a few years back, just had their first child two weeks back.. She's an adorable little thing named Cassidy. She was premature, and just got home from the hospital. Bobby had her room waiting for her.
  13. Wild Bill Hickok, actually. And yeah, he was so awesome that even though I knew he was gonna be killed early, I was still upset and pissed when it happened.
  14. I don't know. I think Shakespeare In Love is all in all a better overall movie than Ryan.
  15. My new job in pest control has a few cool perks. Apparently, a few weeks back, a Broncos season ticket holder got shit on by a pigeon and went to the media about it. Mile High/ Sports Authority Stadium is one of our accounts so we were called to take care of this situation. So one of my bosses and I got to spend our Thursday afternoon in an empty Mile High installing hardware cloth fencing in the pigeon area. It wasn't an easy job, as my boss was at the top of a ladder in a tight spot drilling the fencing into metal and I was measuring out and tin snipping sharp fencing on top of stadium seats. But it was fucking cool being there, seeing them get the place ready for Sunday and watching the parachute guys rehearse flying into the stadium, and I took the time to be a tourist and take some pictures.
  16. Haha! Punt fake ends with a Daniel Bryan high knee!
  17. Do you mean funny haha or funny peculiar? It was actually really funny. They were doing an interview when they first got together and Jinder says "I'm the funny one" in a monotone and a total stone face, and they waited a few seconds as he looked at the camera emotionless before moving on.
  18. Ok, I finally got this done, and considering my chicken scratch notes and hazy memory plus my incompetence with spreadsheets, it's a miracle. 19. That's great compared to the TNA house show I went to a few years ago where I counted about 200 people there. And it was a fun show, too.
  20. They need a hillbilly chick cult member. I think they had one briefly in Florida, she was in one of the original vignettes.
  21. I don't know if this was lackluster, but the WWF debuted Siva Afi at MSG by having the lights go down, hitting the Snuka music, the crowd goes apeshit, and when the lights came up it wasn't Snuka but "Superfly" Siva Afi. You never heard the air go out of a place like this ever.
