RIPPA Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Fenix is 25 today. How the fuck is Fenix only 25 today? http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2etkyl_2015-01-14-prince-puma-vs-fenix-lucha-underground_sport
DEAN Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Fenix is 25 today. How the fuck is Fenix only 25 today? Welcome to Mexico, motherfucker.
JRGoldman Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Fenix loudly yelling "FUCK YOU" during a Chikara show and then proceeding to stiff basically everyone with absolutely brutal superkicks was one of the greatest things I've ever seen live. 1
The Man Known as Dan Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Because it's been a while since I've seen LU, Fenix/Mil Muertes has fallen down my MOTY list. I will need to rewatch it to place it more accurately, but I think it's probably better then anything main show WWE did all year.
J.T. Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Because it's been a while since I've seen LU, Fenix/Mil Muertes has fallen down my MOTY list. It hasn't fallen down on mine. This is the antithesis of the usual Casket Match because it fucking ruled. I cannot remember the last Casket Match or Buried Alive gimmick match in the US that I actually liked. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qlZDA4V-0g
The Man Known as Dan Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Yeah, after rewatching, best match of the year in the US I've seen not involving Sasha Banks.
Curt McGirt Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Still #1 with a bullet for me. Incidentally the only other casket match I can remember liking was Matsunaga vs. Mr. Pogo where crazy-ass Meestah Dangeah almost burned to death inside a flimsy balsa wood box. Also, where the hell did that Mystyzyz tag come from? I guess that was that a dark match?
Tromatagon Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Fenix is a fucking beast. Like I really, really want to see the third brother because Fenix and Pentagon are so awesome, and in different ways. If you are a fan of his matches, this kind of goes without saying, but watch Season 2 of Lucha Underground and don't miss anything. No details or spoilers other than I think he topped Grave Consequences. Let that one marinate for a second. I might be a little biased though.
