just drew Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 The Alma Mater put 65 on Tulane today. Option attack was rolling. We're coming to South Bend next week to scorch the earth.
Niners Fan in CT Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 That pick six might have sealed it for the Gators. Let's hope so.
Josh Mann Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Sparty's defense might be as good as advertised.
andrew8798 Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Aggies offense won't be a issue this year don't know yet about the D
EVA Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Crazy comeback for Oklahoma. They were dead in the water for 3 and a half quarters.
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 On one hand, Sparty is looking really good. On the other, it's hard to forget three touchdowns in five minutes last year when MSU was up 11.
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 And there's MSU taking Ohio's offense to the logical reverse and unleashing the jet sweep with a fake counter.
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 And that's a great play for the big td run. We can probably skip the stories about Oregon's defense being much improved this season.
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Holy fuck what a change. Misses a wide open go ahead td with 1:20ish left, sacked for a big loss on third down. Damn.
EVA Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Aw, dammit. Was hoping Oregon would pull an Oklahoma and bail out my flawless picks streak with a late comeback.
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Aw, dammit. Was hoping Oregon would pull an Oklahoma and bail out my flawless picks streak with a late comeback. Blame Adams. He airmailed a wide open receiver going into the endzone on 2nd down, then badly underthrew his guy on 4th.
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Dak Attack rolling. Here comes the big two point try.
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Dropped. Would have been a really nice play, but it was catchable. Down two with 4:00 to play...
Brian Fowler Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 That might be the worst delay of game penalty I've ever seen.
Niners Fan in CT Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 I wonder how much the finger bothered Adams but he was off pretty much the whole night. We saw flashes but not enough to knock off Sparty.
Hail Sabin Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 LSU survived their game as well. BYU and Boise is a 3 point game with less than 7 mins to go.
The Erotic Terrorist Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 The box score says Arkansas passed the ball FIFTY TIMES in that game, but that can't be right. Surely not. They only punted twice, and one of those punts got blocked. Still, Bielema getting beat by a MAC team from Ohio days after he ripped Ohio State's schedule seems comically fitting. The trend of today continued: it wasn't until the 4th quarter that the Sun Devils could put away almighty Cal Poly.
Ryan Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Is Bielema getting fatter every season? It has to be all that southern food, even Wisconsin doesn't bloat you up that quick.
DMN Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Michigan State definitely deals with the idea that, even after winning 7 of the last 8, they are still seen as little brother. And that Michigan is much much more concerned with Ohio. And, honestly, even with the series off right now, a lot of Michigan fans see Notre Dame on at least the same level as Sparty. But Michigan does desperately need to beat Michigan State some. I kinda get the feels, because as a UCLA fan, obviously, our main rival is USC, and there's plenty of people that would consider Notre Dame to be USC's biggest rival. I'm not sure I agree, and I've met plenty of Trojan fans who agree, but I think that's the perception nationwide. Of course, UCLA doesn't really have that 'little brother' relationship to 'SC. Yeah, historically USC has more titles, more trophy's, all that, but that's really only true in football, with the relationship being completely reversed for basketball. Even in football, the rivalry is far more even than it seems. Speaking of my Bruins, next week should be a good test for them. BYU is solid, and, while I expect a win, it should be interesting. The way the rest of the Pac-12 is playing, I really feel like UCLA has a solid chance to run the table up to USC, and maybe get in the playoff. All depends on Josh Rosen.
muhammedboehm Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 The same could be said about UCLA/USC as Kansas and KSU.
