So they pull the goalie around 3 minute mark and almost immediately gives up a goal and are losing. Still a lot of time The Caps are the 8th seed. Detroit handled their business with another miracle - tying with 3.3 seconds, killing a penalty in OT, and winning in a shootout. Alas, Philly couldn't handle theirs so Detroit was eliminated.
