Elsalvajeloco Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 We could be a lot of more of this until everyone starts coming into town at a sensible weight to begin their initial cut.
Elsalvajeloco Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 Quote According to sources, Burns arrived in Orlando weighing 186 pounds. The UFC is currently hoping to reschedule him on the April 14 UFC on FOX 29 card. Aubin-Mercier is expected to fight sooner. Yeah, that will do it.
twiztor Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 apropos of nothing, but i'd like to see a Rany Yahya-Yuri Alcantara matchup.

I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet even though a lot of Brazilian fighters don't like facing other Brazilians. I mean Iuri is almost forty, and Rani Yahya has been competing in prominent organizations for well over a decade. I guess it's just one of those fights that never materialized.
TheVileOne Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 A couple fights here I am interested in. Thankfully, both Emmett and Stephens made weight without issue.
Jiji Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Josh Emmett is the jacked up version of Powder. 1
Hail Sabin Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 All 3 women's fights should be great and the main event will end with someone getting Starched
Elsalvajeloco Posted February 24, 2018 Author Posted February 24, 2018 I think Perry vs. Griffin at the very least is going to be very fun. I like that fight. 1
Hail Sabin Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Saunders vs. Jouban could be a lot of fun as well. 1
Elsalvajeloco Posted February 24, 2018 Author Posted February 24, 2018 Sam Alvey just had one of those old guy slumps on his knees K-1 highlight reel KOs and then afterwards basically tried to acquire a Florida tourism sponsorship. What a modern day renaissance man. 1
Jiji Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 That was fucking awesome. All the promo was missing was a 2x4 and a "hoooooo!" at the end. Marcin Prachnio better get them hands up next time he's fighting. 1

John E. Dynamite Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 That's twice in a row Sara's been whoopin' ass and got caught in a sub. Speakin' of subs, Rani Yahya's got more than a dang Wawa and doesn't get the respect he deserves IMO. Despite having a style that should have lead him to being a forgotten WEC flameout, he's put together a UFC record of 10-3-1 with 5 subs and two of those losses to title contenders. Always stoked to see him win.
DreamBroken Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 Awesome win for Reneau! One of my favorites, always happy to see her win especially ever since her last horribly awful 'loss' 2 years ago. Great performance in that second round.

Still hasn't gotten use to the striking aspect, which Marion took advantage of. It doesn't help that she has that muscular build so she forces her punches a bit. All Marion had to do was place one punch right on the button. Perfect recipe for disaster against a wrestler who struggles to get takedowns as fights go along. Jiji Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 So, I guess that's the derailed train lighting on fire, right? He looked completely lost against the rangier fighter and just has way too many holes defensively to be taken seriously. Shit, I had it paused for a while. Latifi wins! I didn't think it would go down like that. But I'm glad it did.

I'd like to know who has the biggest +/- in regards to UFC wins and losses. He's gotta be way up there at -7.
