I don't know which feed you are watching but they talked about this specifically on the NFL Network broadcast

Couple of reasons

1) Wait to see if you get a last second mega deal

2) One of the dudes used to work for NFL teams during the draft and he said that some teams will legit stall just because they get more camera time and they are being talked about.

This was supposed to be easy. Pick Barkley first and then draft a QB at 4. Browns will always be the fucking Browns.
