He sells them the game, makes money. Why on earth Toronto insists on bringing in a game when every real football fan in the city has worked out they're never getting the team, don't invest, is beyond me. The whole thing is fucking ridiculous. Cheats the real Bills fans in Buffalo (who are an excellent small market fanbase) and embarrasses everyone involved.
