I have to thank for JT his comments on Warlock from the previous page. Julian Sands and Richard Grant are two people I recognize and like in whatever I might see them in today but could never fucking remember what it was I first saw them in until those comments. I saw the Warlock movies when I was fairly young so they didn't really stick that well with me memory wise. That said I have to feel extra guilt for forgetting about them in Arachnophobia and Hudson Hawk since I love those movies.

As true as this is I'm kind of glad since Fox was seemingly not on the card otherwise outside of being Bliss & Mickie's second.

Yeah, at this point I'm starting to wonder if it will be a proper crossover or maybe a legit Elseworlds story where all of our big heroes are on one earth. Seeing that this is mainly to introduce Batwoman I could kind of see it though I was really hoping that one would take place on Supergirl's Earth. I'm confused and curious whatever the case may be. All I know is that there is no way they can measure up to last year's crossover so its best to not even try and instead just go for something different.

What are the opinions so far?

Last night I tried to the Prove Your Worth mission from the Wish-Ender quest solo. That one kind of pissed me off since it seemed like something you would be fine doing on your own only for the last fight to be against 3 Taken bosses (Captain, Minotaur, Ogre) at once and a hundred or so minions (including yellow bar Knights). What really made it suck was that I came close at least twice beating 2 bosses and having the third at less than 40% life. Now I have travel to LFG again at some point to get help for that one.

I was perfectly fine until Forsaken dropped and gave me all this shit to do. Now that I'm at 599-600 I should take that idea of 1-2 days a week after next week's Festival finale (its the mission about Ives). Then I can go to some other stuff like Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the incoming Fallout 76, and eventually I need to pick up DQ XI.

The amount of people who knew makes sense. Outside of a few key individuals to set up his relinquishing the belt, only his family would really have know before the announcement. You could btell the announce team didn't know. Corey couldn't even speak for several minutes after they came back from commercial break.

I concur on the first point. Even before all of this I think the only matches I was planning to watch were the world title ones. I didn't watch all of the last Saudi event either just out of non-interest. I feel comfortable skipping this one as a whole, and I probably have the least issues watching WWE among anyone else on the board.

So anyone check out Sabrina yet? Not familiar with the comic this version is based on, but I thought the first two episodes were darn solid. I'm looking forward to checking out more over the weekend.

That feels like one of those grains of salt situations. It just doesn't seem likely at all.

I'm not shocked at all. The trailers seemed to hint this was the new norm for a bit so I expected Ollie would be in prison for at least a fourth of the season. Even with the crossover coming I'm not sure he will be out with the elseworlds title and the photos pushing alternate versions of the main heroes.

Thanks for posting that here. Not sure I would have checked it out otherwise since Shida has always been a mixed bag for me. That was great and easily her best match. Its been a while since i have really watched much of any non-Stardom joshi regularly, but unless Shida has changed this year you would be correct. That type of pacing and build is definitely more in line with Aja than Shida.

Honestly its not that surprising considering all of the running enziguris Cole has called shining wizards.

So can you go back into the Ascendant Challenge after completing it? I kind of have to kill Sword Knights as well. I managed to get three in yesterday, but you need 4. I was annoyed to no end when I realized I needed to have a full Reverie Dawn set to complete that fucking ritual. I did Shattered Throne twice before realizing that. Had I known i would have switched my damn armor in that last fight. Now I have to wait two weeks to try again. You will be fine when you finally do Shattered Throne. The most annoying part is the first one because the order is rather random so you have go around searching for 7 or so bosses to kill before the pathway opens up. After that its rather straight forward though there is an annoying part featuring shadow thralls and being slowed as you walk through the corridors (the thralls don't stop respawning). When you do that I suggest Sunshot for exploding thralls. Ah, for me Spider refuses to give bounties for Arcane Mind and Thyrdron.

Toni/Meiko and Rhea/Io were both great. I especially loved the ab work and heeling from Rhea. She really showed she belonged despite likely not being intended to go this far. I am so looking forward to her in NXT UK. I loved the end with Storm and Io unable to stop grinning at each other on the entrance ramp. I like the that the final is between the top two wrestlers from Stardom the past two years. I know its highly unlikely, but I really hope they play off the fact that this is actually the rubber match between the two. Yes, I was surprised at how many thought Meiko or Tegan would make the final. Toni is pretty much the Dunne of the UK women in that she is an obvious star, and Io Shirai is the biggest female signing not named Ronda they made this year. The final was always going to be their match.

That EC3/Cole match was easily the best EC3 has really looked since coming into NXT. I need more of Ohno squashing guys like he did tonight. That was wonderful. Black coming down tearing through people was awesome. Gargano sneak attacking was even better. Oh and Dream's line about pants to Lars was great.

I weirdly have little desire to see that match. I like both as wrestlers a lot and think they could pull something good, but at the same time something tells me they wouldn't quite gel as well as they should.

Horsewomen vs. Horsewomen is probably going to happen next year. I think too many assume Charlotte/Ronda is the endgame in that one when it will more likely set it off.

I'm currently at 599 LL. I can go to 600, but I don't have the right piece of arm equipment yet for what I'm regularly using right now. I just sacrificed a few cores to make my Sunshot 600 so that will be nice to use again along side the Horror Story.
