XNL- AL-COLD/ ARIKI TOA/ TAYLOR WOLFE vs SINNER/ JF ROMAN/ PENSICOLA: These Chilean ass-beaters are developing into pretty interesting all-around wrestlers- as they are putting a whole lot of match between the punches to the face.  Here they do a souther tag match for your enjoyment.

BIG JAPAN PRO WRESTLING- YUJI OKABAYASHI/ KAZUKI HASHIMOTO vs YOSHIHITO SASAKI/ MADOKA- 6/30/2013:  Pretty much an excuse for K-Hash and Sasaki to destroy each others future motor skills, but it leads to first Big Japan Strong Style comedy spots which POPSTHE HOUSE~!

INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING LEAGUE- PAGANO/ CICLOPE/ NICO vs DRAZTICK BOY/ PARANOIKO/ SUPER MEGA- 8/2013?:  This match is so indie and sleazy, you may want to get a penicillin shot after viewing.  IWL is sooo close to becoming Must Watch Wrestling.  DRAZTICK BOY~!  Who is this tiny clown and why is he the sickest bumpfreak in this match?

--------------------------

BIG JAPAN PRO WRESTLING- RYUICHI KAWAKAMI vs DIASUKE SEKIMOTO- 6/30/2013:  This is pretty fucking great despite the

thin-even-by-BJPWSS-standards selling.  I can't say no to this many Everest Suplexes.  At 19:20ish, note the fucking scariest finisher I've seen in a long time.  This Kawakami has go THE LOOK~! to carry this promotion at some point.

BIG JAPAN PRO WRESTLING- JACK ANTHONY/ SHINYA ISHIKAWA vs MEN'S TEIOH/ SHINOBU- 6/30/2013:  Who is this Jack Anthony guy and how long has been making with preposterous Johnny Saint mat stylings?  Add my favorite crowbar (Ishiwawa) and you've got the first Men's Teioh match I've like in like 10 years.

Jack Anthony is better known as Jack Gallagher on the UK scene. Zero1 brought him over to Japan earlier this year. He's indeed quite good at what he does and has been for at least the past couple of years, if not longer.

XNL- GIGER/ AL-COLD vs HELLSPAWN/ TAYLOR WOLF- 2/2013:  Good tag match made super good by the Chilean CONCEPT of working stiff as fudge.  Then the brawling kicks in and it gets awesome.

ALL STAR WRESTLING- DEAN ALLMARK/ MAX MORAN vs JOEY HAYES/ DANNY HOPE- 8/6/2013: Dean Allmark freaks out the eeeveeel tagteam  dubbed the Models.  Thousands of the British children scream in rage- which is all you can of pro wrestling.  BRITGRAPZ~!

Ah I didn't know Jack Gallagher got a Japan tour. Good on him, but I hope he was properly brought out, there's been a lot of bitching over here lately about guys who get tours in Japan as long as they pay for their flights.

pretty sure he's actually living there now

PRO WRESTLING NOAH- MIKEY NICHOLLS vs YOSHIHITO SASAKI- 8/4/2013: I haven't paid much attention to Mikey Nicholls, but they go and put him in a match with a member of Big Japan's Strong Style division and I will definitely watch.  Nicholls spends the half of the match selling like Curt Hennig, thus adding the strange element of "selling" to a BJSS match.  The second part of the match is all skull-crushing stiffness, so yeah, I'm a fan of Nicholls now.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++=

SHANE HASTE vs SHINYA ISHIKAWA:  Man, all NOAH had to do is inject even the fringe of the BJSS and I suddenly care about their tryptophan-esque mid-card.  Ishikawa has been growing on me a while and I dig this match.

Haha, literally the only NOAH I've seen this year was when I checked out Yoshihito and Ishikawa's matches in the tag league. They weren't great but yeah, Yoshihito Sasaki could take any midcard and make it beautiful.

Copied this from WKO, but man alive is fucking Masters/Bennett a fucking dream team

Jorge Santi/Matt Taven v. Mike Bennett/Chris Masters - FWE

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGDUaCQiC6w

I absolutely loved this. It's not a match that is overflowing with stand out moments, but Bennett/Masters are such an outstandingly great heel team that I liked nearly every second of this. Santi had good punches and some other pretty questionable/typical offense, but Masters sells so well for his shit and bumps so wildly for it that I don't mind the flaws. In general Masters was out of this world in this dancing around like a dick between spots, going to eye rakes and big club shits to bring people down, hitting a sick backbreaker and busting out a fucking torture rack of all things primarily to set up a hope spot which he followed up with a nasty lariat. But honestly Bennett was right there with Masters here and the two of them seemed like they had been teaming forever. If anything Bennett carries himself as an even scummier piece of shit than Masters and he is a guy who can throw a mean punch and hit some really impressive spots that you don't necessarily expect them. For his part Taven makes for a really good FIP and knows how to take a big bump, or throw his own good looking punch when he needs to. I could see some disliking the finish, but I actually really liked it as it seemed like the absolute right way for Bennett/Masters to implode. This is not necessarily one of the best matches of the year, but this is one of my favorite matches of the year.

CMLL- RUSH/ LA MASCARA/ TITAN vs VANGELLYS/ TERRIBLE/ TAICHI- 8/4/2013:  Man, the only guy I'm indifferent to in this match is La Mascara and I don't ever remember hating anything he's done.  Taichi I loved during his last CMLL run- here he looks a little drugged.

ARENA COLISEO MONTEREY- REY HECHICERO vs CHARLES LUCERO- 8/4/2013:  This is just about everything I like about Lucha Libre- with emphasis on tricked out submissions that leads to forays of sick ass bumps- including the greatest tope on this Lucha Tuesday that had Diamante Azul's fat ass tope.

Since we're on the topic, Shane Haste and Mikey Nicholls, aka TMDK, had two super fun matches against Toru Yano and Takashi Iizuka for the GHC tag belts in the past few months:

Match1 aka Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-2ZHs8F-Ug

Match 2 The Rematch aka If You Want Blood (You've Got It)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOSnLe3UWiU

To me, the first match is the one that really delivers, but the second match...well, it's pretty damn burly in its own special way.  Yikes.
