The Natural Posted October 5 Posted October 5 Sucks WWE Hell in a Cell 2024 and UFC 307 the same night. Going to be proper fucked if I watch both live.
DreamBroken Posted October 5 Posted October 5 Seems wild to me that Carla Esparza's final fight is down in the early prelims, but looking forward to it gonna be catching it a little late. One of my all time favs. 2
waffle Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Welp, Aldo/Bautista stunk. This got rid of a dream Aldo run, and only lost Bautista fans. Big lose/lose.

The Natural Posted October 6 Posted October 6 I still want to see Jose Aldo vs. Dominick Cruz even though it's years too late.
waffle Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Just now, The Natural said: Just woken up as my alarm didn't go off. Stinker then? I was hoping for another Jose Aldo win. Bautista spent majority of the rounds clinching Aldo against the cage. Went on for minutes of time with no movement or offense. 1

waffle Posted October 6 Posted October 6 I personally had Pena winning. First round was very close, but Pena landed more. 1

The Natural Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Man, Alex Pereira busted up Khalil Rountree Jr in the fourth. Pereira retains the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship. 10 out of 12 wins by KO/TKO. Scary power.
The Natural Posted October 6 Posted October 6 (edited) Great heart and giving Alex Pereira a fight by Khalil Rountree Jr. I had Khalil 2-1 up going into the 4th. Edited October 6 by The Natural
waffle Posted October 6 Posted October 6 That 4th round was insanely violent. Roundtree put up a great fight. It feels like such a spectacle to watch Alex fight. A rare feeling in current MMA. 3

The Natural Posted October 6 Posted October 6 (edited) Man, the power Alex Pereira has. He's up there with the heaviest hitters ever in MMA: Francis Ngannou, Shane Carwin, Jiří Procházka, Robbie Lawler and Anthony Johnson to name a few. Who am I missing? Edited October 6 by The Natural
Lawful Metal Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Despite winning the first two rounds, it always felt inevitable that Alex was going to put him down. Once he figured out the right hook was open, it was over. Those body shots at the end were BRUTAL. Put respect on Khalil's name. I don't know who you put against Alex, and frankly, it doesn't matter. 1
The Natural Posted October 6 Posted October 6 I'd like to see Jiří Procházka vs. Khalil Rountree Jr next.
The Natural Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Marc Goddard told Joe Rogan that he's done this for 20 years and the way Alex Pereira hits people, the sound is ungodly.
