A Big Ten Midwest team beat Alabama by seven and then hammered a PAC-12 team from the Pacific Northwest. That's kinda weird. Brian Fowler Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 (edited) Last week when Michigan beat Alabama they inched just barely ahead of the Tide for the second best winning percentage in the history of college football. With the win tonight they inched to just slightly behind Ohio State, by about .002%, for the best winning percentage in college football history. (Both Alabama and Ohio State [and maybe Notre Dame] would still be slightly ahead of Michigan if not for vacated and forfeited wins, so this is kinda a hollow victory. He was playing most of that 2nd half beaten up and maybe injured. Also he deserves it because he was a good player who didn’t get some breaks.
