Phil Schneider
We chose as our first champ El Hijo Del Santo v. Negro Casas CMLL 9/19/97 SC REVIEW Nominate some contenders, discuss the match ect. below
The Iron Yuppie
One of my top 5 favorite matches of all-time, from any federation or country: Bret Hart vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Submission Match, WrestleMania 13
Go2Sleep
Hopefully this year gets several challengers. There's a ton of legit contenders. WWF: Hart vs. Austin (WM 13), Shawn vs. UT (Bad Blood) WCW: Eddie vs. Rey (Halloween Havoc) AJPW: Misawa vs. Kobashi (1/20 or 10/21)
The Natural
LOADED year: Hart vs. Austin, WWF WrestleMania 13. Michaels vs. Undertaker, WWF In Your House 18: Badd Blood. Guerrero vs. Mysterio, WCW Halloween Havoc. Misawa vs. Kobashi, AJPW 20th January. Only one choice for me, Hart vs. Austin. Incredible match with the iconic finish. It might be the best match evar. WWF In Your House 16: Canadian Stampede. Step down: Bret Hart vs. The Undertaker. WWF One Night Only. Michaels vs. Hart. WWF Survivor Series.
NintendoLogic
All my favorites have been mentioned (and there's no chance in hell of Phil and Eric turning against Santo/Casas), so I'll throw out a sentimental favorite. If there's a better Malenko match, I haven't seen it. It's mainly due to Eddy, but Dean is no slouch either.
Go2Sleep
Good call on that Dean/Eddie match. It's one of those ideal "great NWO-era WCW undercard matches." Eddie/Jericho from Fall Brawl is of the same mold.
Lacelle
A left field choice would be Final 4, Vader's best WWF showing.

Best fatal 4-way/4 way match in WWF/E history. 1997. Amazing year.
Hail Sabin
Also you could add ECW Barely Legal Taka Michinoku/Terry Boy/Dick Togo vs. The Great Sasuke/Gran Hamada/Masato Yakushiji
NintendoLogic
I'd say Vader's best WWF match was with Owen at One Night Only. There's also the surreal spectacle of Vader and Ken Shamrock having a quasi-UWFi match in a WWF ring.
Curt McGirt
A friend on Facebook just posted a clip video of Rey/Eddy (with some very awful music). There has to be a comparison.
