Well, at least this round robin has had its share of upsets and near upsets. Fantastic game between Slovakia and Canada today. I think this is the first time ever I'd consider Canada underdogs going into the New Year's Eve game with the yanks. Lots o' goals if nothing else.

With 5 minutes and a Dremel you can mod the cart so that it fits in a US N64. I'd recommend this method since the N64 Gamesharks were janky as all hell. I highly recommend VPW2, as well. Best wrestling game on the system. My grade 9 ass could do that, so anybody could. Virtua Pro 2 was and still is fucking awesome and probably the best game for doing high flying matches. -

1 - Dustin didn't look awful but it's great to see him trim down. 2 - I miss Tajiri. 3 - Muta still looks like a bad ass. 4 - Hakushi looks EVEN MORE BAD ASS! Like holy, hell... that is a creepy looking guy. Like some sort of evil Japanese monk, coming to claim your soul. Can I start the Hakushi vs Undertaker @ Mania fantasy booking here? There are several matches between the two on youtube.

Kevin Bieksa as Ryan Kesler does not get old. THE GUZZLER. But, yes, hockey players are dreadful. Bunch of farm boys from the Prairies. Jonathan Toews reminds me of the dude that is so serious he snaps and kills somebody for looking at him sideways. "I TRY REALLY HARD, PRACTICE AND I WIN TWO CUPS. YOU DO NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN, THAT IS WHY YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO LIVE," as he throttles some ignorant ass Canucks fan to death.

Kick them while they are down, I say... Bieksa for Hall is still on the table. Tabe, Dekeyser as your guys' #2 says more about Detroit than it does about him, right? He was pretty good from what I saw at the tail end of last year but shouldn't he be a depth guy ideally for the time being? Also, what do you think about that Ericsson extension from a while back? That guy has never impressed me and I know the majority of Wings fans deplore him.

If I had free time, I would edit a podcast compilation of every time Austin asks that Stossel question. In fact, I get disappointed now when it doesn't come up. I think the deal is Cornette will ask him about it when Austin's on the Jim Cornette Experience. No way do these two NOT talk about that subject.
