  1. I caught Holmes & Watson this morning. I misread the director's name(Etan Cohen) as Ethan Coen and wondered what happened to Joel. This is Ferrell's best movie in years and Reilly's third best movie this year. There are far worse things to do on a late December day than watch this movie. I enjoyed it for what it is.
  2. I've been enjoying Hammer House Of Horror on Britbox via Prime. Very good stuff.
  3. Saw The Mule this morning. I liked it except that
  4. I swear he was channeling Lost Boys Kiefer Sutherland in his look.
  5. I had never been on Kino's site before and when I left I had somehow bought Barquero I, The Jury Hickey & Boggs Siege Of Firebase Gloria The Laughing Policeman Rush The Long Goodbye Shalako The Mercenary The Revengers Junior Bonner Prime Cut So thanks guys, thanks a lot. Heh.
  6. Caught Fantastic Beasts: Crimes Of Grindelwald yesterday morning. I really liked it, especially Kiefer Suthe...Johnny Depp as Grindelwald.
  7. Just finished the Ecclestone season and now starting the first Tennant season. Was there a specific reason why Ecclestone only lasted a single season or was it planned that way from the start?
  8. "I'm walking backwards all the way to Oregon!"
  9. I caught Widows this morning. I really liked this. I loved the scene where the conversation happened in the car the camera stayed outside as the car drove down the street.
  10. Impin' ain't easy! Keep the Imp hand strong!
  11. The third episode(Larva My Life) of the new season of Stan Against Evil has a nice homage to Mothra.
  12. The best part of Billions is Dan Soder. Crackle. Crackle.
  13. New season of Stan Against Evil started last week. The second episode gives a very nice nod to The X Files.
  14. Steamrolled through Homecoming today. I liked it.
  15. If it ever comes down to war movies might I suggest "Capital Combat" as the title?
  16. Twiztor, I'm glad you liked my pick. I had never even heard of the Cube series before this thread.
  17. I saw Sisters Brothers this afternoon. I liked this a lot. It is a co-production, it may be the largest co-production of all time, and all of the production participants take up the entire fucking screen...THE...ENTIRE...SCREEN. Earlier this year I had said 2018 was the year of Josh Brolin, looks like I was wrong, because it seems that 2018 is actually the year of John C. Reilly. That is if Wreck It Ralph 2, Holmes & Watson, and Stan & Ollie don't bomb or aren't drizzling shit storms of doom and mediocrity.
