Rebirth reviews: Superman (Vol. 1): Son of Batman collects Superman: Rebirth #1 and Superman #1-6. Superman: Rebirth #1, Superman talks to New 52 Superman who died and comes across Lana Lang as he believes he can come back to life as he did. A good issue setting the stage for this Superman. I particularly liked the Superman vs. Doomsday section for reasons which will become apparent. In Superman #1-6, Clark Kent/Lois Lane/Jon Kent have to help Jon with his developing powers, what he’s going to go through as his Dad did. The trio goes up against the Eradicator, capturer of Kryptonian souls wanting to cleanse the human genes of Superboy. I enjoyed this story for those story strands and the opening part to Rebirth period Superman. This is the first Superman book I’ve read since buying The Death of Superman/World Without a Superman/The Return of Superman on holiday as a very young boy! I requested it from the library as it’s by Peter J. Tomasi/Patrick Gleason as I liked their New 52 Batman and Robin run and to see Supes in Rebirth. I'm with @jaedmc

Thanks for the sympathies which I offer in return. Hope you're okay, @BrianS81177 March is a bad month for me as it's my birthday/Mother's Day. December is as well, Mum's birthday on the 8th and Christmas, our favourite time of year. I tell people though it's every single day without that loved one. My mental health started to slide when Mum's health did but it's worse now since my Mum's passing. It's a battle, man. Apart from a couple people in my family, my family ain't the best and you guys/gals know more about it/this than the majority do. That's how I think off you from across the pond. Thank you.
