For a solid beat'em up I recommend The Peacekeepers. Its got a ludicrous story, a boss fight against the Steiner Brothers and fuckton of James Bond references! It doesn't reinvent the Final Fight style game but its fun as hell James

Have I mentioned that Brad Douriff is the fuckin' man as Doc! At first I had to get over the fear of hearing the Chucky laugh and having a Monday Nitro flashback but damn Douriff is so aces. He might be the one incorruptible on the whole show. Still the second half of season 2 is basically "The Al Swearengen Show" and it was AWESOMW! James

Finished season 2 of Deadwood and goddam if Al pull off the ultimate comeback in those last stretch of episodes! He's like the most treacherous benevolent cocksucker in all of television. Those last 4 episodes were focused on Al rising like a damn phoenix and basically pushed Bullock to the background. That whole season was amazing as it seemed it was going to be Bullock being the man but him being so morally superior (despite being a hypocrite) made him ill suited to deal with the coming storm of Hearst. Season feels like the tease to the final season with the blowoff of all of the camp v. Hearst and I'm looking forward to the carnage! James

Mr. Belevedere had the duper creepy one where the oldest son got seduced by divorcee while delivering pizza. Geez, is there such a thing as a VSE that doesn't revolve around creepy subject matter? Heck the first like 3 seasons of Beverly Hills 90210 were just hour long VSE but never advertised as such James

Caught up on GARO. Enjoyed the backgroundepisode on Mayuri but really liked the Gonza episode a lot. Gonza has been the one constant in the main GARO timeline and this season has done a great job of fleshing him out more. James

Marvel lost their minds when Miller handed in the final drafts of Man Without Fear. The whole "Daredevil deliberately killing a guy" led to the final issue almost not coming out at all. It took one guy from the bullpen going iinto Ralph Macchio's office and laying out a case for why it had to stay the way Miller submitted it. Macchio then apparently made the same pitch to Defalco and Gruenwald who finally agreed. Miller even called the guy from the Bullpen to personally thank him for going to bat for him. James

As opposed to Fowler, who tormented himself by watching Grave of The Fireflies... I watched Aldnoah ZERO Episode 2. Gen Urobochi is not afraid to kill characters. Sweer crap this fucking brutal! Good but brutal. I now know how an alien force would systematically invade us for quick victory. This was an episode that just showed how unprepared the Erth was. It also reveals who was behind the assassination attempt last episode. 2 episodes in and I already think this is going to be thebest show of the new season! James
