This card has a bunch of fun fighters on it and a great main event. Neat. Can Font catch Aldo with enough of his power shots? Not as if he needs many but a lot of his big KOs come against jabronies who just stood in front of him and shelled up.

Leo Santos got tired by beating someone up.

I think that people have forgotten just how hard it is to get a win over Clay Guida with his iron chin and legendary cardio.

He's really fortunate that Keith Peterson was reffing that fight because there are 5 or 6 spots where you could have stopped that fight. It also helps that Leo Santos kept looking back at the ref after every big shot. I dunno why MMA fighters still do that for the most part. You would think by now fighters would have a good sense of which refs stop it quick and which ones don't. They should also weigh in whether they're fighting someone who will get the benefit of the doubt even if he (their opponent) isn't really intelligently defending himself. Leo Santos was out there looking for Peterson to step in like he's fighting a guy making his UFC debut and still in single digits when it comes to total fights.

It just goes to show you why Leo Santos is still basically just a guy despite being in MMA forever at this point. Add in the fact that Bisping and DC were talking about Santos feeling his own cardio was pretty bad and something his team wanted to help him work on. Guess what manifested itself in the fight? Fighters at the highest level don't have to be perfect and God knows none of them are (including the most well rounded ones who have proven track records). However, if you're constantly bedeviled by low fight IQ on top of bad cardio or just terrible gameplans in general, there is only so far you can go. You're going to end up losing to fighters you probably should beat.
