TNA Impact Wrestling - Airing November 17, 2016 from Orlando, FL

*Eddie Edwards comes out and says as world champion, he expected fights but he fights face to face so he calls out the Death Crew Council. They come out and attack 3 on 1 until Brother Nero makes the save.

*Jessie Godderz def. Aron Rex via Adonis Crab submission in a non title match

*Brandi Rhodes & Madison Rayne def. Laurel Van Ness & Sienna (w/ Maria Kanellis)

*Ethan Carter III def. Trevor Lee, Mike Bennett, & Lashley to become #1 contender.

*Eli Drake hosts Fact of Life with EC3. Now it's Eli challenging EC3 for his title shot but EC3 says no. Eli offers a stipulation of not challenging for a title for a year if he loses but EC3 still says no. EC3 then makes the challenge with his title shot on the line but if he wins, Eli Drake cannot talk for the rest of the year.

*Mahabali Shera def. Basile Baraka. After the match, Baron Dax attacks Shera until Al Snow makes the save.

*The Death Crew Council (James Storm, Bram, & Eddie Kingston) def. Eddie Edwards & Brother Nero in a 3 on 2 no DQ match.

How far into her NXT tenure did Brandi  transition from worker to interviewer?

She never was on camera as a wrestler. On camera she was a manager in her TV debut and then like a month later a ring announcer

Enjoyed the four way and the main event was a fun brawl. Trevor Lee looked impressive and had some good spots in there with the top guys, loved the Collision Course counter of Lashley's Spear. In the main, Bram's Brighter Side of Suffering on Edwards off the apron through the table was a nice brutal looking spot. Love Brother Nero debuting the full version of "Obsolete" as his theme. Amnesia Matt continues to be hilarious. EC3 and Eli always have great promo segments together, should be another good match for them.

Someone should GIF that suplex Eddie Kingston took on the backs of those two chairs.  That looked super NASTY and actually got a reaction out of a pretty docile crowd.

I think Rex needs to go heel-ier because that match had no heat whatsoever.   Through the middle portion of that match, it was just silent, which is weird because the crowd has been really behind Godderz as of late and Rex had been getting pretty great reactions.  But I think Rex's quick heel turn is a little too subtle for him to get the reactions they're wanting.  Also the match was pretty bad.  And if they're going forward with Godderz as a singles guy full-time, they need to get him some music that doesn't reference Bromans in it.
