nate
I think the best part is that Jeff got up after that spot clearly punch drunk from landing face-first from 15 feet up and stumbled around the ring before finding a camera to squeal at. I chuckled, because in the gif, it looks like he saw that he was about to crash horribly, so he turned just quick enough to take the brunt of the fall on his side/elbow (which may or may not have happened, it looks like that in the gif). So, his "stumbling around the ring ... clearly punch drunk" is probably just due to him being Jeff Hardy.
Hollywood Cibernetico
If anyone remembers Willow from ROH, this was definitely a Jeff Hardy call. This is what separates WWE from TNA. Imagine is Batista,Orton, Cena, etc. had a gimmick like "Willow" that they loved to play in their backyard fed over 15 years ago and wanted to bring it to the big show...WWE would shut it down. Dude Love WORKED because Foley was already over, add in the interview with Jr and the fact that Dude Love was him wanting to popular and excepted and it all just all made sense. Willow is just Jeff Hardy being Jeff Hardy in a mask. Look man, TNA has only a FEW guys who are stars and they are either destroying them with bad booking (Storm, Magnus), keeping them off TV for extended periods of time (Kenny King, Hernandez) or making/allowing them to do stupid gimmicks that lessening their value and defeat the entire purpose of them being there (Jeff Hardy). People make fun of WWE for the micromanaging but hey, at least it keeps Batista from showing up to work with a penis on his face and Randy Orton getting a 'bright idea' and deciding to be a character that no one can associate with (even less than they do now) or even know- or care to know. Also, What is going on with Magnus? Seriously. Does TNA REALLY BELIEVE they are getting him over? Angle will probably be gone in September. Hardy doesn't want to be Hardy anymore. Anderson has stated multiple times he is not going to be around forever. Sting is gone. Why are they killing Magnus dead in the water? This has been a terrible championship reign and not in a Daniel Bryan 'getting by on the skin of his teeth' type of way.

Hooker
Magnus is being a pretty good chickenshit and it's keeping the focus on the title. Everyone around the World Title picture is either concerned with preventing Magnus from losing the title or making sure Magnus loses the title. Magnus has also been getting great heat. Compare this to the agonizing Bully Ray title run where every six-or-so-weeks he would have a title match and otherwise nobody could give a shit who had the title. Compare this with Randy Orton's current reign, CM Punk's marathon reign, Jeff Hardy's recent run, Cena's recent main event infinity where he happened to have the belt, etc. Magnus's run is the first time in a while now for either company that it matters who has the top title. Hollywood Cibernetico
Batista and Orton and Cena as examples of good WWE booking = ? Yes. WWE has turned each guy into PPV draws. Batista's return got one of Raw's highest ratings. If Cena isn't on Raw or PPV, it has been historically proven to do fewer numbers. Orton is a tricky bag, but despite how you feel about the guy- he has managed to stay over all these years and the WWE fanbase buys him as a mainevent player and a threat. I think people care about the Magnus title reign, because they want to see TNA allow this guy to work for a while outside the "Magnus Rules" gimmick. If TNA was known as a company not to do anything funky- then in a vacuum this wouldn't be too bad.
kafkonia
Personally, I'm boggled by the idea of Kenny King as a star. I don't even remember what he looks like.
MGFanJay
So what's the difference between "Jeff Hardy" and "Willow"??? Aside from the amount of meth smoked prior to heading to the ring I mean... Willow has a giant Warlord-style shoulder pad gimmick. I hope he gets a big Lord Zedd staff too.
Hooker
Macho Man, Jerry Lawler, and Undertaker, to name a few, seem much more over during Orton matches.
