I'm afraid this is the season Cambridge goes down. 1 draw and 8 losses so far on the season

Karma for Max jokingly saying how Luton fans would embrace going winless and such the last few years.

BBC Sport reporting Thomas Tuchel is the next England manager. That's come out of nowhere quickly. There was talk Tuchel was going to Manchester United.

If the right wing press were upset about a former Irish player coaching the team, I can only imagine what the Mail and Telegraph will be like when they name Teuchel as coach. It’s not like fans are going to stop singing Ten German Bombers at matches.

Perhaps to no one’s surprise, FIFA has found a way to show horn Inter Miami and Lionel Messi into the Club World Cup next year.

What a second half comeback by Brighton! I might have nervously eaten a candy bar at halftime and I hope that isn't required for all comebacks going forward.

I can't tag people so wanted to quote you instead. Congratulations on Newcastle 0-1 Brighton in the Premier League, first home defeat since January.

Eric ten Hag as Manchester United manager: Has any relatively big club ever stuck with a manager for this long who was so blatantly failing like ETH? I honestly can't think of any.

I think it's a case for they feel stuck with him after opting not to cut ties with him over the summer, and they put themselves in that position by letting him last until the FA Cup final.

Agreed.

I think if a club manager was twatted 7-0 by their biggest rival, most would have sacked him then and there. Liverpool 7-0 Manchester United in the Premier League, 5th March 2023 is the most surreal football game I've ever seen made more so by Aje, my best friend and Liverpool fan coming up for my birthday, 6th March 2023. Me, my Dad and Aje watched it in the pub in disbelief then went for a curry.

3 straight wins for Cambridge. Wat is going on here? Actually, shouldn't wonder too loudly, it might stop.

Max always jokes about how Cambridge usually play badly before and after the clocks change. And it’s this weekend in the UK, I believe.

also. Nice to be on the good end of an extra time goal for once.

West Ham United 2-1 Manchester United with a late penalty for the Hammers in the Premier League. Surely that has to be it for Erik ten Hag.

14th in the Premier League. 14th!
