JLowe Posted November 26, 2023 Share Posted November 26, 2023 Texas blows away Tech (who, along with commissioner Yormark wrote checks with their mouths that their asses couldn’t cash) and once again sees every team above them in the playoff rankings win close games (or in the case of OSU lose a close game to the #2 team) and continue to be stuck at #7. Washington and Oregon play again meaning that there will be another loss in the top 6, and it’s possible that FSU finally loses in their CCG. Best case for Texas is Bama to beat Georgia, the other three unbeatens win, and how the committee thinks games that were actually played matter more than theoretical ones.
