  1. How so? Do they have like a globe on a desk or something? Zayn debuted like this. http://youtu.be/0yRIXuT9EOE
  2. That's awesome. They need to start calling him The American Dragon on air already! Or at least stick some dragons on the side plates next time he wins the big one.
  3. Nah, that is selling him short. Dalton is in that Alex Smith range. Ponder is the Fitzpatrick in this scenario.
  4. Dalton has his good days, but he doesn't do it consistently. He has only scored one TD in like 23 playoff drives or something like that, but on the other hand he has made the playoffs in his first two seasons. Ponder is one of the worst starting QB's in the league and will probably lose his job this season. There are more than a few steps between those two. Overhyped? Maybe, but he is still young.
  5. First road game for the new Bears O-Line. No fucking idea how that's going to go. The Jax/Sea line is hysterical. The Seahawks defense might top their fantasy points from last week.

    NFL 2013: WEEK 2

Jay Cutler is so clutch. We made some horrible mistakes, but JAY CUTLER IS SO CLUTCH!
  7. I agree. I still find myself rooting for Walt. Is it really any different than rooting for Dexter, Tony Soprano, Vic Mackey, or anyone on Sons of Anarchy? I think it is a little different somehow. Not so much for morality reasons, but it just seems strange to root for Walt because everything feels so inevitable at this point, I root for Jesse because I want him to survive, but Walt living doesn't even seem like a possibility. It's strange. It's like watching a car crash in slow motion.

    NFL 2013: WEEK 2

I wouldn't pick against a Jeff Fisher coached team in a suicide poll. The Pats are the obvious choice, but I'm sure a bunch of people picked them last week. I have a hard time imaging the Ravens or Packers at 0-2. I would probably take GB.

    NFL 2013: WEEK 2

I fully expect him to play well until he gets hurt. Whether that happens in week 2 or week 10 is the real question. If it's week 10, the Eagles have a legit shot at that horribly mediocre division.
  11. Ambrose/Bryan was a ton of fun. I honestly think all three Shield members will be super successful, but they shouldn't break them up anytime soon because they really do fit together perfectly. Cover each other's weaknesses and all that. Orton/Dust! YES! If Orton/Bryan blows Cena/Bryan out of the water I wouldn't be surprised at all. Orton is firing on all cylinders right now. Didn't watch the divas thing that is bogging down this thread. I skipped it because AJ wasn't wrestling, which puts me 100% on team AJ as far as that goes. She has always been good on the mic, but she really stepped it up in the ring over the last 6 months. I can't speak on the segment from last night, but she IS carrying that division on her back. I hope they bring up some of these NXT girls soon. Ziggler made Wyatt look like a million bucks. That match is getting slept on.
  12. That's kind of awesome. Hopefully this means he is going to be a bigger character in books 6 and 7.
  13. Loved last nights premiere. Really digging the direction they are going in, as all the interesting characters are stepping into the spotlight. -The Harrow stuff is intriguing. Curious about the motive behind those killings, but also why he recreated his facial injury on that last victim. Great cold open, too. -The Dunn Purnsley stuff was fucking brutal, but I did love the scene where Chalky and Eli were giving him shit while he was burying the body. This story felt like the centerpiece of the episode, which is awesome because that almost guarantees more Chalky this season. -The best Nucky scene was the Billie Kent call back. Does the butler guy have a name? He always has the best delivery, - Al Capone was far and away the highlight of the episode for me. Looks like we are finally getting the rise to power story this year. Loved the scene with the reporter. Best premiere of the shows run? I'd say so.
  14. What I like about this current Orton run so far is that Orton is sort of doing a heel version of Christian's schtick. Wily vet who takes advantage of his opponents mistakes and shortcomings, but instead of a crafty rollup he will just murder you with a hangman DDT on the apron or some shit. It's been a good few weeks for him. O yeah. And he also brought back the Orton pose on this show mid control segment. So douchey. It was awesome!.
  15. Orton wrestling with a purpose is one of the best aspects of this angle.
  16. The Ravens gave up their 7th passing TD in Week 10 last year.
  17. Peyton in one money league and Julius Thomas in the other (and I started him!). Life is GOOD!

    The Bridge

Well, this show has certainly turned it up. I'm about halfway through this weeks episode, but I had to come in here and point out just how awesome Sonya is now. The "is it hard to sleep next to the same person every night" line was the hardest I've laughed at this show. Brilliant timing. I think they've found a great balance between comic relief and the super-serious aspects of her character.
  19. The Miley thread is somehow the best and worst example of this. 25
  20. It seems they are at least focusing on Ambrose a bit. I'm hoping for an extended Dolph/Ambrose mini-feud to go along with the main story.
  21. The fuck just happened here? Is that one dude Hordak? Are Bank and Larue friends now? Yuck.. this all sounds horrible.
  22. Ruxin: "Is that a trident made of dildos?" Dirty Randy: "I do not know what a trident is, but these are dildos." IT'S BACK!!!!
