  1. Nitro Episode 99: "Macho Man, good luck tonight, I know your entourage of beautiful ladies are going to blow Ric Flair right out of this building, brother!"
  2. Man, watching these late 95/early 96...and even from a kayfabe standpoint, Hogan was a real A-Hole. No other babyface can ever have a moment in the spotlight.
  3. Yes, clearly Hase and Sasaki...they were an early 90's team.
  4. What I love about that Mark Curtis fan clip was that it setup a dozen prison jokes by the Brain.
  5. I know WCW wasted a LOT of money bringing in Buffer for Nitro's. Why was he announcer what looks like a WCW Lowcard battleroyal. World War III
  6. This makes perfect sense. Look at the detail of the figure compared to the photo, Barry's knee pads are pulled down over the boots.
  7. I KNEW Yoko was joining the Hart Foundation. Until it became a running joke in my PE Class...
  8. Seriously? What was up with those Doom figures? Purple high water sweat pants and white sneakers?
  9. I had that entire green card set still in their packaging a few years back. Sold it for $300.
  10. Steve Simpson in a Global interview talking about the GWF being the 'Rolls Royce' of professional wrestling. I was embarrassed to go to these matches and my dad laughing because being from Dallas we knew the Sportatorium was next to 14 liquor stores and a bunch of homeless people.

  12. Probably something to do with Crockett wanting to monopolize the title (Flair) more so than anything...others couldn't get dates for the champ on the regular.
  13. "Hunka-Hunka Honky Love" era Boxcar Valentine coming out to She's Got The Look redeems it....or maybe not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0h58JBwry6A
  14. In that same vein, Jim Cornette told a story that Owen and Davey would always stand on anything that they could find to make themselves taller in Camp Cornette promos.
  15. We used the public park's tennis court as a makeshift Wargames cage with a huge interior. The net divided 'the rings.' It was mostly just brawling with lame punches and kicks to the gut...and of course the occasional throwing each other head first into the wire mesh. No bumps, no blading, we weren't stupid.
  16. Except for the, you know, flippy stuff.
