  1. I demand a Marvel Vs. Capcom combo meter for the Cesaro uppercut rush on DBry.
  2. This never would have happened if Tommy Cairo paid his bills.
  3. WWE Films presents: James Fullington and New Jack in Midnight Run II
  4. They just ran the Wildcat episode of JLU this weekend too. He was pretty great in Midnight Run and Get Shorty. I also remember him as one of the hitmen being annoyed by Gators fans in Big Trouble.
  5. I was almost thinking when they got to the trench that
  6. I saw it a bit like the Gyaos redesign from the Gamera reboot in the 90's.
  7. Sasaki started doing the northern lights bomb after hooking up with Hokuto.
  8. I didn't totally mind the night nights. The Gipsy/Knifehead fight the darkness worked, especially when they were working the angle of trying to find Knife, plus the neat effect of the floodlights on Gipsy highlighting the Kaiju once the did lock up. I think they really should have called Chuck "Iceman" or whatever the asshole to the hero in Team America's name was. FWIW, I thought Otachi was a pretty great monster.
  9. I'm out of baseball for while but saw this on Comcast news: http://xfinity.comcast.net/blogs/popcast/2013/07/15/worst-celebrity-first-pitches-of-all-time/?cid=hero_media Bababoey hitting the ump makes me think of Crash telling Nuke to hit the mascot.
  10. And really, you're going to name Leon Spinks and you pic a photo of him with teeth in.
  11. I was just watching my Season 3 disk and I just noticed that Pam had a logo for her drift racing team.

    SHARKNADO~!

the How Did This Get Made? crew with Scott Aukerman did a special episode this week for Sharknado: http://www.earwolf.com/episode/sharknado/
  13. As an aside, I saw an interview with Al Sharpton on one of the news channels tonight and he's lost so much body weight, he looks like an NBA Jam character in big head mode.
  14. Awwww... they just watched Shane v. Tully... BINGO! BINGO! BINGO!
  15. For guys who were recently feuding, weren't Jericho and Ryback standing a little too close to one another?
  16. I really liked last night's ep. The stuff with Brock and the OSI has been great.
  17. I think the problem is that it sounds like Del Toro was doing the other movies with a much lower budget. I don't know, maybe it's in a weird position of being a PG-13 and probably being a bit too scary for a really young audience. You had a cast who are mostly known from basic cable shows. I don't think you can say they were tanking on advertisement because it got a lot of commercial play for the upcoming week. I was kind of on the fence (because I generally hate going the theater because I hate people) despite this being in my wheelhouse of giant monsters and giant robots, the fact it was getting good reviews is what made me decide to go see it 45 minutes before the last showing of the night in my local theater. I know that IMDB claims Pacific Rim 2 is in the works, with other things coming up like the Wolverine, I'm not sure if the nerd dollars will be there. That said: recut trailers of Pac Rim I'd like to see... - It's Always Sunny in Hong Kong - The trailer recut with a giant robot anime theme (I vote for Big O or Mazinger Z for the rocket punch).
  18. You actually don't have to stay through the whole credits, there's one cookie for those that stick around for the main credits, once it gets into the bulk of the tech credits.
  19. I thought the outfit looked good. I thought the fighting looked good. I was tired during the first watch through an dozed off for part of the debut, I caught it partially this morning, so I'm not 100% in watching the whole thing.
  20. Beware was OK enough that I'll check it out again. I was trying to figure out where in the timeline everything was, but I guess the minute there was Lt. Gordon, my question was answered. I know that Alfred's backstory had him as a spy, it's different to see him as Jason Statham who's mentoring Bruce instead of the elderly figure who provides emotional support.
  21. Since we don't have a RAW topic, I'll throw this here: I loved the hell out of the lantern entrance for the Wyatt family on Monday. Love the way Bray's hat catches the light so it sort of illuminates his face and that Harper and sheepmask look even creepier when you can barely make them out.
  22. I was thrown by blond hair. When I saw him, I thought "Who's the Jack O'Halloran lookalike". I think it's a scale thing too. When I think of Kurrgan, I'd expect him to be a live action version of a jaeger. With the perspective shots, he didn't look as huge as he normally does. I did find his headshot on IMDB: Why do I have flashbacks of the Dan Spivey actor/model shots?
